_في البداية قومي بخفق الدقيق والملح والزبدة، ونضيف إليهم القليل من الماء، واستمري في الخفق حتى تحصلي على خليط متجانس وعجينة لينة وسهلة، واتركيها لمدة نصف ساعة لكي تهدأ.
_على الرخامة الموجودة في المطبخ قومي برش الملح، ثم ضعي عجبنة السمبوسة واقرديها على سمك متوسط.
_ثم قومي بتقطيعها إلى مثلثات أو مستطيلات أو مربعات على حسب الرغبة.
_في إناء آخر قومي بخط الجبنة الفينا وجبنة الكريمة، والزعتر، والزعتر، ونخلطهم مع بعضهم البعض جيدًا، ثم نحشي بهم السمبوسة.
_قومي بوضع المقلاة على النار، وبعد أن يصل الزيت إلى مرحلة السخونة قومي بقلي السمبوسة.
