- وعندما يصبح الخليط قوام جيد ومتماسك، أضف إليه التوابل، إلى أن يصبح قوام شوربة الكريمة متماسك وسميك قم بإطفاء النار.

- في إناء على نار متوسطة لمدة 50 دقيقة قم بوضع كل من الماء وصدور الدجاج، والبصل، والكرفس.
- قم بتصفية المرق الناتج من الدجاج، واتركه جانبًا.
- قم بإذابة الزبدة في إناء على نار هادئة، مع إضافة الطحين إليها، وقم بتقليب الخليط جيدًا لمدة دقيقتين.
- أضيف مرق الدجاج إلى الطحين المحمص بشكل تدريجي مع الاستمرار في التقليب حتى لا يتكتل الطحين.
- قم بإضافة كريمة الطبخ إلى المرق، بشكل تدريجي مع الاستمرار في التحريك.
- أضف الدجاج إلى الشوربة، ثم قم بإضافة الملح، والفلفل، والبقدونس.
- ضع شوربة كريمة الدجاج في أطباق التقديم، ويتم تناولها ساخنة.
مكونات شوربة الكريمة بالخضار
- خمس قطع من التوست المحمص.
- خمس ملاعق صغيرة من الزيت النباتي.
- ملعقتان صغيرتان من الملح.
- ملعقتان صغيرتان من الفلفل الأسود.
- ملعقتان صغيرتان من البهارات المشكلة.
- لتران من مرق الدجاج.
- حبة من البطاطا المقطعة.
- كيلو جرام من الخضار المشكل.
- 300 جرام من كريمة الطبخ.
- حبتان من البصل المقطّع.
- حبتان من الفلفل الأخضر الحلو المقطّع.
طريقة تحضير شوربة الكريمة بالخضار
- نضع الزيت النباتي في وعاء على النار حتى يسخن قليلًا.
- نقوم بإضافة الخضروات المقطعة ونقلبها لمدة خمس دقائق.
- ثم نقوم بإضافة مرق الدجاج المغلي ونقوم بتقليبه ونترك المزيج على النار لمدة ربع ساعة حتى ينضج بشكل كامل.
- أزيل الوعاء من على النار وضعه في محضرة الطعام، وقم بقليبه حتى تُهرس جميع الخضروات.
- يتم تصفية المزيج بواسطة مصفاة.
- ثم نقوم بوضعه مرة أخرى على النار.
- أضف إلى المزيج الملح والفلفل الأسود والبهارات المشكلة ونقلبهم جيدًا.
- نضيف الكريمة ونقوم بتحريكها لمدة عشر دقائق.
- نقوم بوضع الشوربة في أطباق للتقديم.
