لكي تحصل على فائدة الشوفان ضع معه اللبن عوضًا عن الماء، حتى تحصل على البروتينات اللازمة المتواجدة في الحليب، ويمكن تحضير الشوفان بالحليب عن طريق اتباع الخطوات التالية:
_ضع كوب ونصف من الحليب مع رشة ملح صغيرة في قدر على النار.
_قبل أن يبدأ الحليب في الغليان أضف إليه كوب ونصف من الشوفان، إذا أردت أن يكون الشوفان محافظًا على قوامه.
_وفي حالة أردت أن تحصل على قوام الشوفان بالحليب كريمي، فعليك إضافة الشوفان بعد غليان الحليب.
_حرك المزيج على نار منخفضة عند بدء الحليب في الغليان، واستمر في تحريك المزيج حتى يمتص الشوفان الحليب.
_ثم قوم بوضع الشوفان بالحليب في طبق للتقديم.
طريقة عمل الشوفان بالحليب والقرفة
تعتبر من الأكلات المفيدة والتي يعشقها الكثير من الناس، وهي الشوفان بالحليب والقرفة، ويمكن تحضيرها عن طريق تحضير المكونات التالية، واتباع طريقة التحضير التالية:
مكونات الشوفان بالحليب والقرفة
_1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيلا.
_½ ملعقة صغيرة من بودرة القرفة.
_60 جرام من الشوفان، حوالي ثلثي كوب من الشوفان
_ثلاثة أرباع كوب من الماء.
_القليل من الملح.
_شراب القيقب أو الاسفندان للتحلية.
_ 4 حبات من الفراولة.
كيفية عمل الشوفان بالحليب والعسل
في البداية أحضري المكونات التالية:
مكونات الشوفان بالحليب والعسل
1كوب ونصف من الشوفان.
2 ملعقة كبيرة من العسل.
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الجوز المقطع.
1كوب و ½ من الحليب قليل الدسم.
2 حبة موز.
طريقة تحضير الشوفان بالحليب والعسل
_في البداية قومي بمزج الحليب مع الشوفان ووضعه في إناء على النار، واتركيه على النار حتى يغلي، مع التقليب من وقت لآخر.
_انزلي المزيج من على النار عندما يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان، مع ترك الشوفان بالحليب حتى يتم نقعه بشكل جيد.
-ضعي الشوفان بالحليب في وعاء للتقديم.
_يمكن تزيين طبق الشوفان بالحليب عن طريق تقطيع الموز، وإضافته إلى خليط الشوفان.
_كما يمكن إضافة الجوز على وجه الطبق، مع إضافة العسل فوق المكونات بعد الانتهاء من التحضير.
_ يمكن أيضًا إضافة العسل إلى مزيج الشوفان والحليب مع الاستمرار في التحريك ثم يسكب في أطباق للتقديم.
