العلاج بسم النحل واستخداماته المختفلة “دراسات وأبحاث”.
يتفق الجميع على أن لسعات النحل لا مؤلمة، وبالنسبة لهؤلاء الذين يعانون من حساسية تجاه سم الحشرات يمكن لمن يتعرض لها، أي اللسعة، أن تعطي تأثيرا قاتل، لكن عددا متزايدا من الناس يختارون أن يحقنوا أنفسهم بهذه المواد السامة على أمل التخلص من حالات مثل التهاب المفاصل والألم المزمن.
ويستخدم سم النحل في علاج أمراض عديدة، للدقة تتركز معظمها حول المراكز العصبية والآلام المزمنة مثل الآم المفاصل، فكيف ذلك؟

يتحدث دكتور صبحي قاسم/ دكتوراة تربية النحل فى لقاء على قناة dcm عن تاريخ العلاج بسم النحل وكيفية العلاج به، وأخبر في البداية أن منتجات النحل كثيرة، لها أهمية غذائية وطبية ووقائية على رأسها:
1- العسل
2- ثم الغذاء الملكي
3- ثم حبوب اللقاح
4- ثم البروبليس سمر النحل
5- ثم الشمع
6- وأخيرا سم النحل
وقد ذكر كافة هذه المنتجات للنحل لأن بعض الناس معرفتها تتوقف فقط عند العسل، أو أننا نتعمد هذا الاختزال أحيانًا في مصدر واحد أو اثنين ونهمل الباقي تبعًا للشائع.
هل سم النحل فيه شفاء؟
قد تكون لسة النحل مؤلمة بشدة للبعض، كما يقول الدكتور صبحي قاسم، لكنها من رحم الألم تمنح الأمل في مواجهة بعض الأمراض، وإن كان ذلك يظل مرهونا بالمزيد من البحث العلمي المدقق، وبرأي الطبيب المتخصص.
وتنتشر في مصر بعض سبل التداوي الشعبية، وهي طرقا قديمة قدم الحضارة المصرية نفسها بعضها ما يزال مستخدما حتى اليوم.
ولكي نجهز الشخص الذي ينوي تلقي العلاج علينا التأكد أولا من الحالة وبعض الإجراءات، فإذا لم يظهر الشخص حساسية مفرطة، نبدأ فى إعطائه الجرعة بالتدريج فى الجلسة، على حسب المرض والحالة الصحية والوزن، بعد أن نطمئن على هذا الملف، يدخل الجلسة مستعدا لتلقي الوخز.
بعض الأمراض التي يعالجها سم النحل
1- العلاج الوحيد الذي يثبت الحمل عند المرأة إذا عانت الإجهاض فى محاولات متكررة.
2- يساعد في علاج الخشونة
3- النقرص
4- العمود الفقري
5- وبعض أمراض العيون
كيف يتم استخراج سم النحل؟
أولا سم النحل هو عبارة عن واحد من عشرة مللي جرام فقط من الوخزة التي تتركها النحلة على الجلد بواسطة الإبرة التي توجد فى الخلف.
ولاستخراج هذا السم، يتم تحضير لوح من الزجاج نضع عليه غطاءا رقيقا من البلاستيك، ثم عن طريق التوصيل بأجهزة كهربائية لتنتج الحرارة المطلوبة، وهي في هذه الحالة ليست كبيرة، هي فقط تعادل الحرارة فى جسم الإنسان، لتعطي الأداء المطلوب، في استثارة النحل والقيام بعملية اللسع.
بعد فترة يتحول هذا السائل الحمضي إلى مادة صلبة تشبه البودرة عند تجميعها ثم تكون هناك مرحلة أخرى وهي عملية الفلترة.
ويقول الدكتور جودة محمد أن العلاج بهذه الطريقة كان موجودا ولا يزال حتى تبنته بعض الكليات الزراعية فى العريش والواحات وبعض البلدان الأخرى.
وذكر أيضا علاج آلام المفاصل كواحدة من ضمن الأمراض التي يعالجها سم النحل، وذلك عن طريق ميكانيزم بسيط، وهو التغلب على الألم بواسطة ألم آخر، فعندما تتلقى ألما من الخارج يفوق هذا على مصدر الألم فى الدخل، وهو مركز الإحساس فى المخ المتعلق بذلك الألم.
كما يعالج أيضا:
1- يعمل على ضبط مستوى السكر فى الدم
2- اضطراب الدورة الهرمونية
3- الخشونة
4- مشكلات فى الجلد
أماكن العلاج:
يضع المعالج النحل على المكان المؤلم في الذراع أو القدم أو الأكتاف أو أي منطقة أخرى ملتهبة حتى تموت النحلة
ويوضح أن النحل لا بد أن يموت حتى تحصل الفائدة
الدراسات والأبحاث التي تدعم العلاج بسمم النحل
وفى محتوى آخر على قناة (scishow) ذكر مقدم البرنامج أن العلاج بالنحل موجود منذ أزمنة طويل فى اليونان، وقد استحدمه الطبيب أبقراط عام 490 قبل الميلاد.
ويضيف بعد ذلك مباشرة أنه قد يكون أمرا مثيرا للجدل، كما أنه محفوف بالمخاطر بشكل لا يصدق لكن الدراسات السريرية وجدت بعض الأدلة التي تدعم الاستخدام الطبي لسم النحل، حيث أظهرت مجموعة من الأوراق أن العلاج بسم النحل ساعد في علاج التهاب المفاصل وبعض الآلام الأخرى المزمنة.
حيث وجدت تجربة فى كوريا عام 2003، أن 37 من الأشخاص الذين تلقوا العلاج بهذا السم عن طريق اللسعات، قد عانوا من ألم وتصلب أقل فى المفاصل مقارنة بـ 32 آخرين تلقوا التحاليل المحلية بدلا من ذلك.
ويتابع أن ذلك يتماشى مع ما توصلت إليه الدراسات فى النماذج الحالية التي يقلل فيها العلاج بسم النحل لديهم من الآلام المزمنة ضمن تجارب كثيرة فى مناطق مختلفة، وفى دراسة أخرى نشرت فى عام 2017 وأجريت على 45 مريضا، كانوا يعانون من آلام أسفل الظهر المزمنة، وأفادت الدراسة بعد ذلك تسحن ملحوظ لدى هؤلاء الذين تلقوا الوخز بالإبر مقارنة بأقرانهم ممن تلقوا المحلول المحلي، كما أظهرت بعض الأبحاث الأخرى نتائجا مماثلة فى علاج التهابات الكتف.
ويمكن أن يؤدي إجراء المزيد من البحوث حول الأمراض التي لا نجد طرقا لمعلاجتها بعد، أن سم النحل قد يساعد على الشفاء منها، بدرجات متفاوتة.
