ما هو الناسور؟
يعرف الدكتور محمد زايد، أخصائي الجراحة العامة والمناظير، الناسور العصعصي (بالإنجليزية: Pilonidal Sinus) بأنه عبارة عن قناة غير طبيعية تمتد من الشرج إلى الجلد، وتحدث عادة بسبب وجود دمل شرجي، تم فتحه تلقائيا مما أدى إلى وجود قناة بين الشرج والجلد.
هل توجد طرق لعلاج الناسور دون تدخل جراحي؟
من العلاجات المنزلية إلى المضادات الحيوية، طرق العلاج مختلفة في الحقيقة وأكثرها جراحية، لكننا سنناقش في هذا المقال طرق علاجية أخرى أثبتت فعاليتها، في حالة كان الكيس طفيف وبأعراض خفيفة ونادرة، بتقديم وصفة مجربة وفعالة لعلاج الناسور بأنواعه من الأعشاب الطبيعية والنباتات الطبية، كما أن هذه الوصفة هى المصدر الرئيسىي للمواد العلاجية المتوفرة في الأسواق .
هل يمكن علاج الناسور بالأدوية؟
إلا أن الدكتور محمد زايد، أوضح من خلال فيديو اليوتيوب، بإنصاف وحياد علمي، أن معظم حالات الناسور لا يمكن علاجها دون تدخل جراحي، ولكن هناك بعض الحالات يتم علاجها، باستخدام مواد لاصقة لسد قناة الناسور مما يؤدي إلى التئامها، وقد تنجح هذه الطريقة بنسبة من الممكن ألا تتعدى الـ 44% وهي فرصة متدنية بالمناسبة.
أما الطريقة الأخرى، فتكون باستخدام رقع أيضا مصنعة، لسد القناة، وتمتلك الطريقة هذه فرص نجاح أكبر من نظيرها، بنسبة تصل إلى 88%. ويذكر أيضًا الدكتور استخدام وسائل أخرى مثل نترات الفضة، والتي تتساوى فرص نجاحها وفشلها.
ما هي تجارب العالم القديم فى علاج الناسور؟
إلا أن هذه التقنيات المذكورة قد تم تطويرها قديما، من طريقة واعدة سجلت وقتها نسب نجاح وصلت إلى 70% قبل أن تخفت سريعا ويهملها الأطباء، بعد تدني مستويات النجاح، إلى أقل من 33%.
حيث حاول علماء وأطباء في بداية القرن المنصرم (القرنين: الرابع عشر الهجري، والعشرين الميلادي) باستخدام مادة صمغية تسمى غراء الفايبرن، في حقن مجرى وقناة الناسور.
علاج الناسور الشرجي بالأعشاب
هناك بعض التجارب التي أفادت تسحن ملحوظ في استخدام بعض الأعشاب لعلاج الناسور، لكنها تظل قائمة في تجارب محدودة لم تختبر أو تطبق على نطاق واسع، ولا يمكن قياسها على كل الظروف والحالات، لكن يلجأ إليها الكثير كتجربة أولية، قبل الشروع في طرق أخرى.
ومن هذه الأعشاب التي تستخدم في علاج الناسور:
♦ الزنجبيل : من المعروف أن الزنجبيل يوصف عادة لكثير من الأشياء، كدواء عشبي، ومن ضمن هذه الأشياء علاج الناسور الشرجي، وذلك لاحتوائه على مضادات البكتريا والفطريات، كما يعرف أيضا بخصائصه لتخفيف الالتهابات وتهدئة الآلام، فيما يحتوي أيضا على عنصر النحاس الذي من ضمن أعراض نقصه، يسبب تقرحات جلدية وتساقط الشعر.
♦ الجينسنغ : يمكن الاستعانة بعشبة الجينسنغ في علاج الناسور حيث يعمل على تسريع تعافي المرضى المصابين بالناسور، كما أن به العديد من الفوائد الأخرى، حيث يقضي الجينسنج بكل أنواعه على الخمول والإرهاق وعدم التركيز، ويقوي العصب.
الثوم: يعرف الثوم أيضا بتجاربه العديدة كما يدخل في صناعة الدواء، وذلك بفضل تأثيراته المضادة التي قد تساعد في منع العدوى، للفيروسات أو الميكروب، ولذلك يوجد هنا في قائمتنا كوسيلة أخرى تساعد على علاج الناسور العصعصي، كما أنه يساعد في تحسين وظائف الجهاز الهضمي والوقاية من الإمساك.
