- عقب تناول الوجبات الغذائية.
- الجلوس بوضعية غير مريحة للبطن لفترة طويلة.
- عقب تناول المنبهات.
متى يبدأ الجنين في الحركة
يبدأ الجنين في الحركة في الغالب في الشهر الأسبوع 16 إلى الأسبوع 25 من حملها، وحركة الجنين في الشهور الأولى توصف بأنها أقرب إلى الشعور بالفراشة أو التشنج العصبي أو حركة هبوط.
ماذا أفعل إذا توقف طفلي عن الحركة
تشعر الأم بالقلق عند توقف حركة الجنين، وإذا لاحظت الأم أي تغير في حركة جنين طفلها عليها التوجه مباشرة إلى الطبيب المختص، وعدم شعور الأم بأي حركة للجنين قبل الأسبوع 24 يستوجب زيارة الطبيب.

هناك أسباب تجعل الأم لا تشعر بحركة جنينها منها ما يلي:
- الكمية القليلة من السائل الأمينوسي، مما لا يتيح للجنين المساحة الكافية للحركة.
- التدخين
- الوزن الزائد للأم، مما يؤدي إلى سماكة جدار الرحم، مما يعيق عملية الشعور بالحركة.
- ناول بعض الأدوية أثناء الحمل كالبينزوديازيبينات والمواد
- تناول المشروبات التي تحتوي على الكحوليات
- أن تكون المرأة في حملها الأول، وتكون بطن الأم في هذه الحالة مشدودة.
