ولتزيين التورتة قومي بإحضار المقادير التالية:
طريقة تحضير التورتة بالشيكولاتة سالي فؤاد
_قومي بخلط الزبدة مع السكر مع إضافة البيض تدريجيًا، والفانيليا لكيكة الشيكولاتة
_يضاف الكاكاو المحلى ونقلب جيدا ثم يضاف الدقيق المخلوط بالبيكنج بودر والبيكنج صودا ورشة الملح
_يضاف اللبن مع تقليب الخليط جيدًا، حتى تتجانس كل المكونات جيدًا.
_ضعي الخليط في قالب مقاس 28 أو 30 أوقومي بتقسيم الخليط في صينيتن مقاس 22 حسب الرغبة، ونضع الكيكة في الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 حتى تنضج تمامًا.
_تخلط الزبدة في العجان لكريمة الزبدة مع السكر ثم نضيف الكاكاو واللبن والفانيليا.
_نذوب بودرة القهوة وتضاف حسب الرغبة
_يمكن تزين الكيكة بهذه الطريقة ويمكن إضافة الكريمة لدهن الخليط لتكون طريقة أخرى وشكل آخر تزين بها الكيكة.
_تقسم كيكة الشكولاتة من الوسط ثم تسقى بالشربات أوو بالعصير حسب الرغبة.
_تغطى بكريمة الشيكولاتة مع إمكانية تزيينها بصوص الشيكولاتة أو من الممكن أن تقومي بصنع أشكال رائعة من الشيكولاتة السائلة، على ورق الزبد ووضعها عل الكيكة أيضًا على حسب الرغبة.
_يمكن أيضًا تزيين التورتة بالفراولة المغمسة في الشيكولاتة، أو الشيكولاتة المشكلة حسب الرغبة.

_قومي بوضع الزيت والفانيلا إلى خليط البيض ثم ضيفي الدقيق والبيكنج بودر وقلبي الخليط برفق.
_ضعي الخليط في قالب مستطيل مبطن بورق الزبدة، وقومي بتوزيع الخليط بالتساوي في قالب الفرن.
_ أخلي الخليط الفرن على 190 درجة لمدة15 دقيقة ، حتى يصل إلى اللون الذهبي الفاتح، واتركيها حتى تبرد.
_قومي بخلط الفراولة مع 400 جرام من الشيكولاتة، وضعيها في وعاء واتركيها في الثلاجة حتى تتجمد.
_ثم قومي بخلط المربى مع 400 جرام من الشيكولاتة، مع وضعها فوق طبقة الفراولة في الوعاء واتركيها في الثلاجة حتى تتجمد
_ في النهاية قومي بتزيين التورتة بالكريمة المخفوقة والتوت والكريز على حسب الرغبة وقدميها باردة.
