- قومي بصب السحلب في الكوب مع إضافة القليل من القرفة والشكولاته على وجه المشروب.

- كوب أرز مطحون.
- كوب لبن بودرة.
- جوز هند مبشور ناعم.
- 2 فانيليا.

- 1/2 كوب كبير دقيق ذرة
- 1/2 كوب كبير نشا
- 1/2 كوب كبير أرز مطحون ( بودرة )
- 1 كوب كبير سكر
- 1/2 كوب كبير لبن بودرة
- 1/2 كوب كبير مكسرات
- 1/2 كوب كبير سمسم محمص
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة ( ملعقة الشاي ) فانيليا.
طريقة تحضير السحلب
- قومي بوضع الدقيق والأرز مع إضافة السكر إليهم وقومي بتقليبهم بشكل جيد.
- أضيفي السكر والبودرة والمسكرات المتاحة كالسمسم والمحمص والفانيليا إلى الإناء الموضوع فيه الدقيق وقلبيهم جيدًا.
- ضعي مسحوق السحلب في برطمان جاف مع ضرورة إحكام إغلاقه جيدًا ثم إحفظيه في مكان جاف لحين الحاجة إليه.
فوائد مشروب السحلب لصحة الجسم
- يعمل مشروب السحلب على تنشيط الدورة الدموية وتقويتها؛ لذا فهو يؤدي للإحساس بالدفء.
- يعتبر السحلب من المشروبات القابضه، لذا فهو مفيد لحالات الإسهال وعلاج القرحة وإيقاف نزيف المعدة والأمعاء.
- مشروب السحلب مفيد للأطفال خاصة عندما يضاف إليه الحليب، والذي يساعد على نمو صحة الجسم بشكل طبيعي وتقوية العظام والأسنان.
طريقة عمل السحلب بالماء
ويمكنكي عمل السحلب بالماء عن طريق اتباع الخطوات التالية:
_قومي بغلي الماء في قدر على حرارة متوسطة.
_بعد الانتهاء من غلي الماء قومي بإطفاء النار أضيفي السحلب والسكر.
_قلبي المزيج حتى يكون قوامه متماسك.
في النهاية قومي بوضع المزيج في أكواب التقديم.
_وللتزيين أضيفي الفستق الحلبي المجروش والفول السوداني، والمكسرات.

المكونات:
5 كوب لبن
نصف كوب سكر بودرة
نصف كوب جوز الهند بودر
2 ملعقة لبن بودرة
نصف ملعقة قرفة
2 ملعقة سمسم
جوز هند خشن
نصف كوب أرز
نصف كوب نشا
مكسرات
طريقة تحضير السحلب البودرة
_في البداية قومي بطحن الأرز جيدًا في المطحنة حتي يتحول الأرز إلى بودرة ثم انخليه مرتين.
_ثم ضعي اللبن على النار واتركيه حتى الغليان.
_ضعي سكر البودرة مع النشا والأرز فى إناء وقلبيهم جيدًا.
_ثم أضيفي جوز الهند والسمسم والقرفة واللبن البودرة إلى خليط سكر البودرة والنشا.
_اخلطي جميع المكونات معًا حتي تحصلين على قوام متماسك، وبهذا تحصلين على مسحوق السحلب اللذيذ.
_بعد غليان اللبن ضعي 5 ملاعق كبيرة من بودرة السحلب علي اللبن وقلبيهم جيدًا حتى تحصلين على قوام متماسك، ثم قدمي السحلب ساخنًا، في كؤؤس.
