مقادير الكبدة الإسكندرية على طريقة سالي فؤاد
نصف كيلو كبدة بقري مقطعة مثل الشاورما.
فلفل أخضر وأحمر.
فلفل أحمر حار على حسب الرغبة.
ملح.
فلفل.
2 ملعقة زيت عباد الشمس.
كمون حسب الرغبة.
2 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم.
2 ملعقة خل.
2 ملعقة ليمون.
2 خبز أسمر باجيت.
أو عيش بلدي اسمر.
طريقة تحضير الكبدة الإسكندراني سالي فؤاد
قومي بوضع الزيت في طاسة ثم يضاف نصف كمية الثوم، وقومي بتشويح الثوم جيدًا.
تضاف الكبدة وتقلب ثم يضاف الفلفل الاحمر والاخضر.
نقلب جيدا وتترك حوالي 3 دقائق.
يخلط الخل والليمون والثوم و فلفل حار و كمون وملح وفلفل أسود وبابريكا.
يضاف الخليط للكبدة وتقلب وتقدم ساخنة مع العيش.

في البداية قومي بوضع الماء ماء على النار.
ثم ضعي القليل من الخل وشرائح الكبدة حتى يتغير لونها.
قطعيها إلى شرائح رفيعة.
البصل أيضًا قومي بتقطيعه إلى شرائح شرائح وضعيه في طاسة بها زيت على النار.
الثوم يقطع إلى شرائح وأضيفيه الى الطاسة وقلبي جيدا.
في النهاية قومي بإضافة شرائح الكبدة والفلفل الأخضر، والملح والفلفل، وزعتر وعصير الليمون واتركيها لتنضج وقدميها ساخنة.
