قبل أن نتعرف على كيفية عمل الكريب على طريقة الشيف سالي فؤاد، لابد أن نعلم أولًا أن وجبة الكريب تنقسم إلى نوعين، النوع الأول: كريب حلو، والنوع الثاني: كريب حادق، مع أن الكريب غالبية المكونات وطريقة التحضير واحدة، فـ طريقة عمل الكريب الحلو، هي نفس طريقة عمل الكريب الحادق ولكن تختلف في مكونات بسيطة.
طريقة عمل الكريب الحلو للشيف سالي فؤاد
في هذه السطور نقدم طريق عمل الكريب الحلو والذي يعتبر من أكثر أنواع الوجبات السريعة التي تحتوي على قيمة غذائية عالية خاصة إذا تم إعداده وتحضيره في المنزل، وإليكم مقادير عمل الكريب الحلو سالي فؤاد:
أولا: مقادير عجينة الكريب:
- عدد (1) كوب من الدقيق.
- عدد (2) بيضة.
- 1 كيس فانيليا.
- عدد (1 ونصف) كوب من اللبن.
- زيت.
ثانيًا: حشو الكريب الحلو:
- زبدة
- شكولاتة.
- كريمة شكولاتة بالبندق.
- موز أو فراولة.
- بندق مجروش.
ثالثًا: طريقة إعداد عجينة الكريب الحلو:
- نضع كوب الدقيق ونضيف إليه اللبن في طبق واحد، ثم نضع البيضتان والفانيليا ونخلطهما جيدًا بالمضرب الكهربائي.
- في نفس الوقت نكون قد وضعنا مقلاه تمنع التصاق المأكولات بها، ونضيف إليها القليل من الزيت ونتركها على النار لدقائق بسيطة حتى تكون قد سخِنت جيدَا.
- نضيف الخليط الذي أعدناه، على مراحل وليس صبه مرة واحدة في المقلاة.
- بعد دقائق نقلب عجينة الكريب على الناحية الأخرى ونتركها لنصف دقيقة ونخرجها بعدما تكون قد استوت.
رابعًا: طريقة إعداد حشو الكريب الحلو:
- نقوم بتقطيع الفراولة أو الموز لشرائح صغيرة مع إضافة الشكولاتة أو البندق المجروش.
- نضع الحشو على عجينة الكريب وهيا مفرودة ودائرية ونطبق العجينة على الحشو بطريقة تمنع وقوع أي جزء منه، وذلك مثل تطبيقة الظرف.
- نضع الزبدة في الطاسة أو المقلاة وننتظر قليل حتى تسخن على النار.
- نقوم بوضع فطيرة الكريب بعدما تم حشوها جيدًا على النار ونقلبها على الإتجاهين وننظر لمدة خمس دقائق ثم نخرجها، وبذلك تكون الوجبة جاهزة للأكل.

مقادير عجينة الكريب الحلو لا تختلف كثيرًا عن مقادير عجينة الكريب الحادق؛ الفكرة هنا تكمن في الحشو الذي يتم إضافته للعجينة، وإليكم مقادير عمل الكريب الحادق سالي فؤاد.
أولا: مقادير عجينة الكريب:
- عدد (1) كوب من الدقيق.
- عدد (2) بيضة.
- 1 كيس فانيليا.
- عدد (1 ونصف) كوب من اللبن.
- زيت.
ثانيًا: حشو الكريب الحادق:
- فلفل ألوان مقطع لعدة شرائح صغيرة.
- زيتون مقطع لشرائح صغيرة.
- عدد من شرائح الجنبة الرومي.
- جبنة شيدر، والكمية تكون حسب الحاجة.
ثالثًا: طريقة تحضير الكريب الحادق:
- نضيف كوب اللبن إلى كوب الدقيق ونخلطهما جيدًا، وبعد ذلك نضيف إليهم البيض، ونضربهما جيدًا بمضرب كهربائي.
- نُعد مقلاه وبداخلها زيت مناسب على النار ونتركها حتى تسخن.
- نضيف إليها عجينة الكريب الحادق على عدة مرات.
- نتركها حتى تتماسك جيدًا ثم نقلبها على الجانب الآخر وننتظر حتى تستوي.
- نخرج عجينة الكريب من المقلاة حتى نتمكن من إضافة الحشو اللازم إليها.
- نضع الحشو الذي ذكرناه سابقًا ممزوجًا في بعضه البعض على العجينة ثم نلف عجينة الكريب حوله على شكل ظرف.
- نعد المقلاة مرة أخرى وبداخلها زبدة على النار ثم نضع الكريب المحشو بالفلافل والجبن الحادقة بداخلها وننتظر برهة من الوقت حتى تكون قد استوت وبذلك يكون الكريب الحادق جاهز للأكل.
