- 300 جرام من الكنافة.
- 200 جرام زبدة طرية.
- لون أصفر طبيعي.
- شربات.
مقادير قشطة الكنافة النابلسية الناعمة
- عدد 7 من التوست الأبيض.
- نصف كوب من دقيق الذرة.
- نصف كوب من الماء.
- 2 كوب من اللبن.
- 3 كوب من الكريمة.
- 3 ملاعق من السكر الأبيض.
- ملعقة كبيرة من ماء الزهر.
- ملعقة كبيرة من ماء الورد.

- في البداية قومي بتحضير القشطة، بإزالة حروف التوست، ويتم تقطيع التوست إلى قطع صغيرة.
- أضيفي دقيق الذرة إلى الماء وأذيبيه، وأضف إليه اللبن والكريمة والسكر.
- اخلطي جميع المكونات جيدًا مع بعضها البعض، ثم ضعي الخليط على نار متوسطة الحرارة.
- أضيفي إلى المكونات قطع التوست مع التقليب المستمر، حتى تحصلي على خليط متجانس.
- مع التقليب نضيف ماء الورد، وماء الزهر، ثم نضع الخليط بشكل كلي في الثلاجة.
- قطعي الكنافة إلى قطع صغيرة الحجم، وضعي عليها اللون الأصفر والزبدة، وقومي بالتقليب جيدًا.
- نضف كمية الكنافة في صينية، ثم نضع الصينية على الفرن، وكرري هذه العملية مع نصف كمية الكنافة الأخرى.
- في النهاية ضعي نصف كمية الكنافة وتسقى بالشربات، ثم دهنها، بالقشطة، وباقي كمية الكنافة ونزينها بالقشطة والفستق ثم تقدم بالهنا والشفا.

- 3 أكواب من الجبن العكاوي.
- 100 جرام من الجبنة الموتزريلا.
- شربات.

- قومي بخلط السميد مع السمن والسكر، واعجني كافة المكونات مع بعضها البعض، حتى تصبح العجينة متماسكة.
- نضع العجينة في صينية ثم ندخلها في الفرن في متوسط درجة حرارة 180 لمدة لا تقل عن 10 دقائق.
- اخلطي عجينة العكاوي مع السكر، ويوضع عليها السمنة، ثم ضعي المكونات فوق العجينة ثم فركها باليد.
- أحضري صينية وضعي فيها العجينة، ونضع عليها الجنبة الموتزريلا.
- ثم ندخل الصينية الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 لمدة لا تقل عن نصف ساعة.
- نضيف إلى المكونات الشربات، ثم يقدم بالهنا والشفا.
كيفية عمل الكنافة في الفرن
في البداية قم بتحضير المكونات التالية:

- 200 جرام من الكنافة.
- كوب من الحليب.
- نصف ملعقة كبيرة من ماء الزهر.
- 50 جراما من الفستق.
- كوب من السمنة.
- نصف كوب من القشطة.
- 4 ملاعق صغيرة من الدقيق.
- 4 ملاعق صغيرة من نشا الذرة.
- 4 ملاعق صغيرة من السكر.
- شربات.
طريقة تحضير الكنافة في الفرن
- في البداية قومي بوضع اللبن مع السكر والدقيق والنشا والقطة في إناء على النار، واستمري في التقليب، حتى تحصلي على خليط ناعم.
- أضيفي الشربات والفستق، وقلبي ثم اتركيها جانبًا حتى تبرد تمامًا.
- في إناء آخر أذيبي السمنة على النار.
- قومي بتقسيم الكنافة إلى شرائط طولية، وادهنيها بالسمنة المذابة، وضعي خليط القشطة، وقومي بلف عجينة الكنافة عليها.
- كرري هذه العملية مع بقية كمية الكنافة.
- رصي اسطوانات الكنافة في صينية مدهونة بالسمنة، ونتركها في الفرن حتى تحصلي على اللون الذهبي.
- ضعي شربات البارد على الكنافة فور خروجها من الفرن، وفي طبق للتقديم ضعي الكنافة، وزينيها بالفستق الحلبي وبالهنا والشفا.
