هل قشر الموز مفيد للتخلص من اصفرار الأسنان
_يحتوي قشر الموز على المعادن الضرورة المفيدة لصحة الأسنان وهي البوتاسيوم والمغنيسيوم، ويتم استخدام قشر الموز عن طريق فرك الأسنان جيدًا بقشرة الموز الطازجة من الجهة الداخلية وبعد تقشيرها فورًا.
_اترك قشر الموز على الأسنان لمدة لا تزيد عن خمسة دقائق للاستفادة من آثارها.
_اختر الموز الناضج، ولا تستخدم القشر الأسود.
_كما يساعد قشر البرتقال غني بالكالسيوم وفيتامين ج على التخلص من اصفرار الأسنان، ويتم عن طريق فرك الأسنان بقشرة كل ليلة، للحصول على أسنان ناصعة البياض.
خطوات تبييض الأسنان في البيت
هناك العديد من الطرق التي تساعد على تبييض الأسنان، منها الفحم لكونه يحتوي على مواد تساعد على قتل البكتيريا الموجود في الفم، ويستخدم عن طريق الخطوات التالية:
خطوات استخدام الفحم لتبييض الأسنان
_غرس فرشاة الأسنان في عجينة مبللة من الماء والفحم.
__قم بفرك الأسنان بعجينة الفحم لمدة لا تقل عن خمس دقائق.
_غرغرة الفم بالماء، ثم تخلص من بقايا الفحم الموجود في الفم.
خلطة صودا الخبز وعصير الليمون لتبييض الأسنان
أثبتت العديد من الدراسات أن صودا الخبز وعصير الليمون يعملان على تبييض الأسنان، وحتى تحصل على الفائدة الكاملة من هذه الخلطة اتبع الخطوات التالية:
خطوات استخدام صودا الخبز وعصير الليمون لتبييض الأسنان
_ضع ثلاث ملاعق صغيرة من صودا الخبز مع كمية كافية من عصير الليمون، واخلطهم جيدًا حتى تتشكل عجينة لينة.
_ضع فرشاة الأسنان في هذه العجينة وافرك أسنانك بها لعدة دقائق.
_اترك العجينة على الأسنان لمدة 30 ثانية ثم اشطف الفم بالماء.
_بعد الانتهاء من غسيل الأسنان بهذه الخلطة قم بغسل الفرشاة جيدًا من عصير الليمون حتى لا تتآكل شعيراتها.
