الخروب شجرة ذات أصول عربية تنمو دائما في دول الخليج العربي، ويتم استخدام الخروب بعد جفافه في الشمس لفترة ما من الوقت، فيما يدخل الخروب ايضًا في صناعة المخبوزات والمشروبات الخفيفة الطازجة، بالإضافة إلى منتجات الالبان وغيرها، وخلال السطور التالية نتعرف على طريقة عمل عصير الخروب سالي فوائد والتي تعتبر من أسهل طرق إعداد الخروب وتحضيرها بمكونات بسيطة وخطوات سريعة.
مقادير إعداد عصير الخروب سالي فؤاد
- عدد (2) لتر من الماء.
- ثلاثة أرباع كليو جرام من الخروب المخروش.
- عدد (2) كوب سكر.
طريقة عمل عصير الخروب
- نقوم بوضع الخروب في إناء ونضيف إليه السكر، ونضعهما على النار ونقلب جيدًا حتي يذوب السكر مع الخروب وتختفي الحبيبات ويتحول الشكل إلى (كراميل).
- بعد ذلك نضيف إليهم الـ (2) لتر ماء ونتركهم على نار منخفضة وننتظر حتى يغلي لمدة 15 دقيقة.
- نقوم بتصفية الخروب من الماء ونضع (التفل) المتساقط من الخروب في إناء آخر ونضيف إليه الماء ونضعه على النار مرة أخرى.
- نصفيه مرة أخرى وبعد ذلك نقوم بوضع ما يخرج منه في إناء، وهنا يكون جاهز للاستخدام.
فوائد عصير الخروب للجسم والبشرة
- يحتوي عصير الخروب على فوائد عديدة ومتنوعة مفيدة للبشرة والجسم، فهو يتكون من فيتامين هـ، وهو يعتبر من أكثر الفيتامينات استخدامًا للبشرة.
- الخروب مفيد جدًا لترطيب الجلد ومنع حدوث الجفاف.
- يعتبر عصير الخروب مصدرًا غنيًا بالألياف الغذائية الغير قابلة للذوبان.
- عصير الخروب مفيد جدًا للمرأة الحامل لكونه يساعد في حل مشكلات القيء، ويعمل على حل مشكلة اضطرابات المعدة وعملية الهضم، ويمنع حدوث الإسهال.

كيلو جرام من الخروب.
اثنان لتر من الماء.
كوبان من السكر.
طريقة تحضير عصير الخروب للشيف حسن
_في البداية قم بإضافة الخروب إلى الماء، واتركه في الماء لمدة يوم كامل، أو لمدة ثماني ساعات ولكن يفضل لمدة يوم كامل.
_يتم أخذ كافة المكونات ووضعها على النار الهادئة.
_الخروب مع الماء على النار لمدة ساعة حتى يغلي.
_قم بإضافة السكر إلى الخليط واترك على النار يغلي لمدة دقائق إضافية.
_أزيل المشروب من على النار، واتركه حتى يبرد تمامًا.
_قم بتصفية المشروب وضعه في إناء للتقديم، واتركه في الثلاجة لمدة لا تقل عن الساعة.
