التحقق من السجلات التجارية
توفر هذه الخدمة عبر موقع التجارة والاستثمار الحصول على نسخة من كاملة من بيانات السجل التجاري للمؤسسات أو الشركات إلكترونيًا، أي دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة فروع الوزارة. كما يمكنك أيضا عبر هذا الموقع معرفة ما إذا كان لديك سجل تجاري أم لا؟
كيفية استخراج شهادة السجل الإلكتروني:
- على المستخدم تسجيل الدخول أولا إلى الخدمة، ثم الدخول إلى الحساب.
- المتابعة بالضغط على أيقونة (تقديم طلب جديد).
- تحديد الفئة وتعبئة الحقول المطلوبة.
- قبل إرسال الطلب تظهر نافذة البيانات المدخلة على الخدمة، وهي ملخص التأكيد.
- يتم سداد الفاتورة عبر وسائل التحويل المختلفة.
بعد ذلك يتم إصدار فاتورة السداد عبر رسالة نصية لهاتفك بعد الموافقة عليها. - وأخيرا يطبع المستخرج إلكترونيا.
كيف أعرف ان السجل التجاري ملغي؟
ويتيح الموقع أيضا إمكانية التحقق من السجل التجاري ومعرفة صلاحيته، والاستعلام عن وجود مستحقات مالية وغير ذلك من خلال:
- الدخول إلى الموقع والنقر على هذه الخدمة
- ثم إدخال رقم السجل التجاري المراد التحقق منه في رابط الخدمة
- بعد ذلك يتم إدخال تاريخ انتهاء صلاحية السجل في حقله المخصص
- بمجرد الانتهاء يتم النقر على التحقق في الأسفل، وتتم العملية في غضون ثوان معدودة للتحقق من السجل قبل التحميل.
طلب استخراج سجل تجاري للشركات
كما يوفر موقع مصر الرقمية بالتعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، جميع خدمات السجل التجاري.
وينقسم مسار عمل الخدمة كالآتي:
- طلب مستخرج سجل تجاري
- الاستعلام عن سجل تجاري
- طلب تجديد سجل تجاري
- طلب شهادة بيانات
- تحديث بيانات
- إضافة منشأة مسجلة: غير مدرجة بعد ضمن مجموعة شركات
- الاستعلام عن المكاتب
- الاستدلال عن السجلات التجارية
- طلب مستخرج سجل تجاري للاعتماد من وزارة الخارجية
- طلب موافقة فحص أمني
- طلب شهادة سلبية
- طلب قيد أفراد
- الحجز والمواعيد
