فوائد الملوخية للأطفال الرضع
تعد الملوخية من الأعشاب التي تنمو في المناطق الاستوائية الحارة وهي نبته سريعة جدًا في النمو ويتراوح طول تلك النبتة حوالي من 2 متر إلى 4 متر وتحتوي على العديد من الأوراق والتي لها شكل مستطيلي وذو لون أخضر غامق ويتم قطف الملوخية عندما يبلغ طولها 30 سنيمتر، حيث يمكن تناول أوراقها الصغيرة كما هي أو إضافتها إلى أطباق السلطة المختلفة وإذا كانت أوراقها كبيرة فأنه يتم طبخها ويمكن تجفيف أوراقها وفرمها والاحتفاظ بالملوخية المجففة لفترة طويلة، وللملوخية فوائد عظيمة للجسم وهذا ما سوف نتناوله في السطور القادمة.
