شوربة المشروم ينصح تحضيرها قبل الغذاء بدقائق بسيطة، وحتى تستطيعي تحضيرها بشكل جيد وبمزاق رائع قومي بإحضار المكونات التالية، واتبعي الخطوات التالية:
مكونات شوربة المشروم
- 1 كوب مشروم مقطع
- 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الدقيق
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أبيض
- 1 مكعب مرق الدجاج
- 4 كوب حليب سائل
- 1 بصلة مقطعة شرائح
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة بهارات
أفضل طريقة لتحضير شوربة المشروم
بعد احضار المكونات السابقة، اتبعي خطوات التحضير التالية:
- في وعاء على النار قومي بوضع البصل، وشوحيه جيدًا.
- أضيفي المشروم والبهارات ومرق الدجاج والدقيق.
- أضيفي الحليب، وقليبي الدقيق جيدًا حتى يصل إلى الذوبان، واتركيه على النار، حتى يصبح قوام الشوربة سميكًا.
- ثم قدميها ساخنة مع إضافة الملح والفلفل.
مقادير شوربة المشروم الصحية
- كوب مشروم مقطع
- حباية بصل مفروم
- ½ ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مهروس
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة دقيق أبيض
- 4 كوب ماء
- 3 ملعقة كبيرة حليب بودرة منزوع الدسم
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس مفروم
طريقة تحضير شوربة المشروم الصحية
- في وعاء على النار نقوم بتسخين الزيت، مع تشويح البصل، والثوم، ثم أضيفي المشروم واستمري في التقليب.
- قومي بإضافة الحليب والدقيق في الماء الدافئ.
- قلبيهم جيدًا حتى يصلوا إلى مرحلة الذوبان، واتركي الشوربة على النار حتى تغلي وضيفي الملح والفلفل.
- وفي النهاية قدمي الشوربة مع البقدونس للزينة.
مكونات شوربة المشروم مع الدجاج
شوربة المشروم بالدجاج من الأكلات الصحية التي تتميز بالعديد من الفوائد، وحتى يتم تحضيرها أحضري المكونات التالية:
- 1 كوب صدور دجاج مخلية مقطعة مكعبات
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة سمن
- ½ كوب شرائح مشروم
- 2 كوب مرقة دجاج سائل
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة دقيق
- رشة قرفة
- رشة زعتر
- ½ كوب ماء
طريقة تحضير شوربة المشروم مع الدجاج
- أضيفي الدجاج والسمن في المقلاة، وقلبيهم حتى يصبح لونهم ذهبي.
- ثم أضيفي المشروم، واستمري في التقليب لمدة دقيقة، ثم أضيفي المرقة مع القرفة والزعتر.
- قومي بإضافة الدقيق إلى الماء وذوبيه.
- في النهاية أضيفي الملح واتركي الشوبة تغلي، ثم قدميها ساخنة.
أبسط طريقة لتحضير شوربة المشروم
أحضري المكونات التالية:
لعقتان كبيرتان زيت زيتون أو زبدة
فص ثوم مهروس.
بصلة كبيرة مفرومة.
مرقة ماجي (مكعبات أو بودرة) أو مرقة دجاج.
رّشة صغيرة فلفل أسود أو أبيض
ملعقتان دقيق.
كوب كريمة.
طريقة التحضير:
- في إناء على النار قومي بتسخين الزيت، على نار متوسطة.
- أضيفي البصل والثوم، وقلّبيهم في الزيت إلى أن يذبل ويصبح لونه ذهبي.
- بعد تقطيع المشروم إلى أرباع أضيفيه، ثم ضعي الملح والفلفل، وقلّبي جيداً إلى أن يصبح لون المشروم بني.
- ثم أضيفي الدقيق إلى المشروم بكمية كافية حتى يغطي المشروم بشكل كامل، واستمري في التقليب.
- ثم أضيفي مرقة الماجي ومرق الدجاج، واستمري في التحريك حتّى يغلي.
- دعيه على نار متوسطة لمدة 10 دقائق على الأقل، واستمري في التقليب حتىّ لا يلتصق الخليط بالقدر.
- قومي برفع خليط المشروم والمرق عن النار.
- ثم ضعيه في الخلاط الكهربائي، واخلطيه على سرعة متوسطة حتّى يصبح مرق المشروم ناعما.
- ثم قومي بوضع المشروم مرة أخرى على النار، مع إضافة المزيد من المرق ودعي الشوربة لتغلي لعدة دقائق.
- في النهاية قومي بتقديم الشوربة، ثم وزعي الكريمة.
