كيف أحصل على الإعفاء من التجنيد
في هذه الأيام تفتح القوات المسلحة المصرية باب التقديم على التجنيد للدفعة مواليد النصف الثاني من العام من أصحاب المؤهلات العليا وغيرهم من المؤهلات الأخرى.
ويتساءل البعض عن كيفية الحصول على الإعفاء من التجنيد وما الطرق المشروعة والحالات التي من خلالها يحصل الشباب على الإعفاء من التجنيد.

- يمكن لأصحاب الأمراض المزمنة بشكل العام الحصول على الإعفاء من التجنيد، وكذلك أصحاب الإصابات البالغة التي لا تلتئم كالرباط الصليبي والكسور، وأصحاب الأمراض الجلدية والمعدية، وكذلك النقرس والسرطان وأمراض ضغط الدم والإيدز.
- ومن الحالات التي تحصل على الإعفاء من التجنيد أيضا أصحاب الاضطرابات العقلية والنفسية، ومرضى الأنيميا التي لا تعالج.
هل الوزن الزائد يساعد على الإعفاء
- أصحاب الأزان الزائدة لهم الأحقية في الإعفاء من التجنيد ويتم احتساب الوزن الزائد عن طريق طرح 100 من الطول بالسنتيمتر وتضرب ناتج الطرح في 1.5
- مثلا : شخص طوله 180 سنتيمتر 180-100 = 80* 1.5 = 120 كيلوجرام.
- اذن شخص طوله 180 سنتيمتر لابد أن يزيد وزنه عن 120 كجم ليتم إعفاؤه.
- حيث أن المجند طوله 160 سنتيمتر لابد أن يزيد وزنه عن 90 كجم ليتم إعفاؤه.
التظلم على الكشف الطبي في الجيش
- في حال قام الشاب بالتقديم للجيش وكانت لدية بعض المشاكل الصحية التي قد تمنحة الإعفاء وتفاجئ بعدة بأنه تم تجنيدة بالجيش وقبوله فعلية تقديم تظلم على الكشف الطبي حتى يتم إعادة فحصه مرة أخرى.
- يكون طلب التظلم داخل منطقة التجنيد الخاصة بك ويتم قبوله فورًا وتحويلك إلى حلمية الزيتون بالقاهرة للعرض على لجنة طبية أخرى وفيها يتم تحديد ما إذا كان الشاب فعلا يستحق الإعفاء أما لا.
