فكما يحتاج الأطفال وكبار السن إلى زيارات وقائية أكثر من غيرهما في هذه الفئات المذكورة، نجد أن الشخص المصاب باضطراب في القلب مع وجود عوامل خطر بالنسبة له، يحتاج أيضا إلى إجراء فحوصات بشكل متكرر نسبيا.
متى أتوجه إلى طبيب أمراض القلب؟
عندما تحدث الأعراض أو المشاكل الطبية المرتبطة مباشرة بالمرض، وذلك لتحديد كفاءة القلب من خلال المتابعات الدورية مع الطبيب.
وهذه قائمة يوصي بها الأطباء عادة، لتغطية أكبر المشاكل التي يمكن أن تواجه مريض القلب أو الأشخاص الذين لديهم قابلية الإصابة بهذا المرض:
- في حالة استخدام حبوب منع الحمل.
2. في حالة استخدام علاج هرموني.
3. مرضى الضغط والسكر (فحوصات دورية كل عام على الأقل).
4.الأمراض الوراثية، أو تاريخ الأسرة مع المرض.
الزيارات إلى قسم الطوارئ
إذا شعر الشخص أو المريض بمشاكل طارئة متعلقة بالقلب، قد تتفاوت بين آلام الصدر وضيق التنفس أو ظهور علامات أخرى مثل تورم القدم، أو علامات النوبة القلبية أو السكتة الدماغية، عندئذ يجب التوجه فورا إلى الطوارئ أو الرعايات لتشخيص المشكلة في أسرع وقت وذلك للتمكن من علاجها.
ويمكن التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ الحقيقية من خلال الاتصال على هذا الرقم (911) أو خدمة الطورائ المحلية لتوفير خدمة الإسعاف لأقرب مستشفى.
