متى يكون الطفح الجلدي خطير عند الأطفال؟
ويمكن أن تتطور أعراضه بسبب الحساسية أو العدوى الفيروسية أو العدوى الفطرية أو حتى الحالات الطبية الأخرى التي تتفاعل معه، كيف يمكن معرفة ما إذا كان خطيرا أم لا؟

ما هي الامراض التي تسبب الطفح الجلدي؟
- منطقة في الجلد مصابة بالتهيج والالتهاب، هل تعرف ما الذي يسببها للطفل؟ هل هو مرض؟ هل يعاني الطفل من حساسية ما؟ ما لم تكن الأعراض التي يعاني منها الطفل خطيرة، فإن أول شيء يجب أن تحاول القيام به هو معرفة سبب الطفح الجلدي.
- هل لامس الطفل شيئا قد يثير من حساسية الجلد؟ فقد يعاني الطفل من الطفح الجلدي بسبب الحرارة أو المواد المسببة للحساسية، ويمكن أن يسبب الصابون والمواد الكيميائية أو اللبلاب السام أو حتى الحيوانات الأليفة ردود فعل تحسسية.
- حاول استبعاد الأسباب، حتى لو لم تتمكن من تحديد سبب واضح، فإن تضييق نطاق البحث سوف يساعدك على معرفة ما إذا كنت بحاجة إلى اصطحاب طفلك إلى الطبيب.
كيف اعالج الطفح الجلدي في البيت؟
- الاعتناء بالبشرة جيدا: يجب تنطيف البشرة جيدا باستخدام الصابون الطبي، حيث تحتوي العديد من أنواع الصابون على مكونات قد تؤدي لتهيج الجلد وتفاقم الحكة وردود الأفعال التحسسية الأخرى.
- وينصح أيضا باستخدام الماء الدافئ وتحريك المنشفة برفق مع تجنب الفرك لأنه قد يزيد من تهيج الطفح الجلدي، وبعد الانتهاء تُترك المنطقة المصابة مكشوفة.
- تبريد الحكة: يمكنك أيضا معالجة الطفح الجلدي الخفيف بتطبيق قطعة قماش مبللة على المنطقة المصابة لتجنب تشقق الجلد، وأيضا لتقليل الألم والحكة.
- قص الأظافر: أو ارتداء القفازات ليلا وكلها وسائل لحماية الطفل من التعرض للمنطقة المصابة من الجلد مما يزيد الأمر سوءا.
ما هو الكريم المناسب للطفح الجلدي؟
- استعمال الكريمات المرطبة: يمكنك أيضا استخدام الكريمات المضادة للحكة دون وصفة طبية، مثل كريم بينادريل أو الهيدروكورتيزون وهو الشكل الدوائي المصنع والمشابه للهرمون الطبيعي الكورتيزول الذي تنتجه الغدة الكظرية.
- وإذا كان الطفل أكبر من عامين، يمكنك تجربة الجرعة المناسبة للطفل من دواء (Claritine& Zyrtec) وهما أشهر أدوية الحساسية ويتميز زيرتك بفعاليته السريعة في تخفيف أنواع متعددة من الحساسية.
- ولمعرفة الجرعة المناسبة للطفل هناك أربع أشياء يجب أخذها في الاعتبار: وزن الطفل، والجرعة المناسبة لكمية العلاج باليوم، وتركيز العلاج، وأخيرا عدد مرات استخدام الدواء.
هل البقع البيضاء خطيرة؟
- قد تبدو أنواع الطفح الجلدي متشابهة لغير المتمرسين لأنه قد ينطوي على مشاكل طبية خطيرة، لكن هناك أيضا نسبة جيدة تختفي من تلقاء نفسها أو بأقل قدر من العلاج، إذن كيف يمكن اعتبار ما إذا كان الطفح الجلدي خطيرًا؟
- هناك اختبار سريع وسهل سوف يساعدك على تحديد ما إذا كان الطفح الجلدي يحتاج إلى علاج طبي أم يمكن تدبر علاجه بالمنزل.

متى يكون الطفح الجلدي خطير؟
- وكما هو شائع في مراحل الطفولة معظم الطفح الجلدي يعتبرحالة عابرة لا تشكل خطرا على الحياة بما في ذلك الطفح الجلدي الفيروسي وردود الفعل التحسسية، لكن إذا لم يختفي الطفح الجلدي أو تحول إلى اللون الأبيض وبه بقع أرجوانية داكنة أو حمراء، فقد يكون الأمر خطيرًا.
- وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، يجب عليك الاتصال بمقدم الرعاية الصحية على الفور لاستبعاد الاحتمالات الطبية الأكثر خطورة.
