- إحضار 2 صورة من شهادة ميلاد الطالب كمبيوتر
- تعليم أزهري فيجب على الطالب أن يحضر موافق كتابية من المنطقة الأزهرية التابع لها.
- حضار صحيفة الحالة الجنائية للطالب وإحضار 4 نسخ منها
