- صحيح أن العديد من منتجات الألبان تحتوي على نسبة عالية نسبيًا من الدهون المشبعة بالإضافة إلى نسبة من الدهون المتحولة أيضا، إلا أنها تحتوي أيضا على عناصر غذائية حيوية بما في ذلك البروتين والكالسيوم والفيتامينات D و A و E والفولات.
- والأفضل أن أغلب ما نتناوله من الدهون يوميا يجب أن يأتي من الدهون غير المشبعة كما توصي جمعية القلب الأمريكية.
