تعد مكونات شوربة العدس على طريقة الشيف منال العالم سهلة وبسيطة وهي:
_حبة بصلة متوسطة الحجم.
_كوب من العدس الأصفر النظيف.
_3 ملاعق من الزبدة.
_فص ثوم مفروم.
_اثنان من الجزر المقطع إلى مكعبات متوسطة.
_2 حبة من الطماطم المقطعة إلى مكعبات ويمكن أن يتم استبدالها ملعقتان من الصلصة.
_كوب لتر من مرق اللحم أو الدجاج أو من الممكن استبدالها بالماء المغلي.
_أحضري الملح والفلفل الأسود مع الكمون وببريكا بنسب متساوية مقدار ربع ملعقة صغيرة للكل.
طريقة تحضير شوربة العدس منال العالم
_في البداية نقوم بوضع الزبدة على النار، ويفضل أن تكون درجة حرارة النار متوسطة.
_قومي بإضافة البصل إلى الإناء الموجود على النار، واستمري في التقليب إلى أن يصبح لون البصل ذهبي، في أضيفي له الثوم، المفروم، وواصلي التقليب لمدة حوالي 10 ثواني.
_أضيفي العدس والجزر والبطاطس والطماطم، إلى الإناء، واستمري في التقلييب حتى تتجانس كافة المكونات جيدًا.
_ بعد أن تتجانس المكونات أضيفي المرق، واتركي الخليط على نار متوسطة، حتى تصبح كافة المكونات نضجة بشكل جيد.
_اتركي المكونات لمدة ثلث ساعة تقريبًا حتى تنضج تمامًا.
_ بعد نضج شوربة العدس جيدًا، قومي بوضعها على داخل الخلاط لتصبح الشوربة كريمي، وتمتزج كافة المكونات تمامًا.
_ثم ضعي الخليط مرة أخرى على النار، وفي حالة كون الخليط متماسك أضيفي له القليل من المرق، أو الماء، حتى يكون القوام متماسكًا وغير غليظ.
_اتركيه على النار حتى يصل إلى مرحلة النار، وتذوقيه، إن كان يحتاج إلى الملح أضيفي له الملح، حسب الرغبة، أو الفلفل أو الشطة، كل على حسب الرغبة.

ولتحضير شوربة العدس على الطريقة التقليدية احضري المكونات التالية.
مكونات شوربة العدس العادية
كوب من العدس الأصفر.
بصلة واحدة متوسطة الحجم.
حبّتان من البطاطا، متوسّطة الحجم.
ثلاث حبّات من الجزر، كبير الحجم.
ملعقة صغيرة من الكمون.
خمسة أكواب من الماء المغلي.
رشة من الملح و الفلفل الأسود.
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم.
كيفية تحضير شوربة العدس التقليدية
في البداية قومي بتنقية العدس من الشوائب، مع غسله جيدًا.
قومي بتقطيع الطماطم إلى مربعات، مع تقشيرها جيدًا.
حبات الجزر قطعيها إلى حبات بعد القيام بتقشيرها جيدًا.
بعد أن تقومي بتقشير البصل قومي بفرمه.
في القدر الذي سوف تضعي فيه كافة شوربة العدس، قومي بإضافة الزيت إليه.
_ في الزيت قومي بتقليب العدس، والبطاطا والجزر، والبصل.
_ لسلق كافة المكونات السابقة، أضيفي الماء المغلي إلى القدر، لمدة حوالي 45 دقيقة.
ضعي كافة المكونات السابقة في الخلاط، مع إضافة الملح للشوربة، والفلفل الأسود والقليل من الكركم والكمون، ثم اتركي كافة المكونات على النّار لمدّة خمس دقائق حتى تصل إلى مرحلة الغليان.

شوربة العدس التركية من الأكلات الشهية اللذيذة، وإليكم مكونات شوربة العدس التركية.
مكونات شوربة العدس التركية
خمسة أكواب من مرق الدجاج.
ملعقتان كبيرتان من زيت الزيتون.
ربع كوب من البندورة المفرومة، ومصفّاة من السوائل.
نصف حبة من البصل المفروم.
فص من الثوم المهروس.
نصف كوب من العدس الأحمر.
ربع كوب من البرغل الناعم.
ربع كوب من الأرز.
ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا.
ملعقتان كبيرتان من معجون البندورة.
ملعقة كبيرة من النعناع المجفف.
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار (اختياري).
ملح، وفلفل أسود على حسب الرغبة.
طريقة تحضير شوربة العدس التركية
بداية قومي بتسخين زيت الزيتون على نار عالية.
أضيفي البصل إلى زيت الزيتون وقلبيه جيدًا لمدة دقيقتين، مع إضافة الثوم.
أضيفي البندورة مع البصل واتركيها حتى تطهى جيدًا مع البصل لمدة عشرة دقائق.
ثم نضيف مرق الدجاج، والعدس، والأرز، والبرغل، ومعجون البندورة، والبابريكا، ومسحوق الفلفل الحار، والنعناع المجفف.
لتتبيل الشوربة أضيفي الملح إليها مع الفلفل الأسود.
وبعد أن تبدأ الشوربة في الغليان قومي بتخفيف درجة حرارة النار.
الشوربة تطهى لمدة ثلاثين دقيقة، أو حتى ينضج العدس والأرز.
الشوربة ضعيها في محضرة الطعام لطحنها، أو اطحنيها بهراسة الطعام اليدوية.
