أضرار عشبة السنبلة واستخداماتها
عشبة السنبلة تعتبر عشبة السنبلة أحد الوصفات الهامة لإعادة إنبات شعر الرأس، كما ان لها رائحة عطرية جميلة. لكن ما هي الاستخدامات الأخرى؟
تكلمنا في موضوع سابق عن فوائد عشبة السنبلة للشعر، وسوف نكمل في هذا الموضوع بعض المعلومات الأخرى عن العشبة، والأضرار المترتبة على بعض الحالات الاستثنائية.

ما هي عشبة السنبلة؟
وهي نبات عشبي ينتمي إلى فصيلة تسمى (Valerianaceae) تزرع بعض أنواعها للزينة أو لاستخدامها في الأدوية العشبية.
سمات العشبة:
- تتكون من ساق رئيسي ومتعددة الفروع.
- تنمو بكثرة في الهند والصين في المناطق الرطبة والصخرية.
- يكثر استخدامها في المغرب واليمن.
- توجد بمحلات العطارة؛ وذلك لكثرة استخداماتها للشعر.
استخدامات عشبه السنبلة
تمتلك عشبة السنبلة تاريخا غنيا ومتنوعا في الحقل الطبي البديل، ولعدة قرون داخل أنظمة قديمة مثل الطب العربي اليوناني، وفي الهند، بما يعرف بإسم الأيورفيدا، وهي منظومة من تعاليم الطب التقليدي التي نشأت في شبه القارة الهندية وانتشرت إلى مناطق أخرى من العالم.
كما تم استخدام جذور نبات السنبلة:
- كمنشط
- مضاد للتشنج ولعلاج الهستيريا والتشنجات والصرع والاضطرابات العقلية.
- علاج الأرق حيث أثبت من خلال الممارسات أنها تساعد على الاسترخاء.
- تحسين الدورة الدموية: كما تم استخدام بعض مستحضرات النبات لعلاج اضطرابات القلب.
- وفي الطب العربي اليوناني: استفاد النظام في جعلها واحدة من الأعشاب المدرة للبول.
- وقد تم معالجتها حديثا لاستخدامها في إنتاج العطور والأصباغ.
أسماء عشبة السنبلة
ومن الأسماء الشائعة أيضا لعشبة السنبلة:
- هندي سبيكنارد
- الناردين
- عشبة جاتامانسي
وقد تم عمل دراسات كيمياء نباتية، وأبحاث حيوانية لاستنتاج مدى تأثير النبتة ونشاطها على الجهاز العصبي، كما أجريت تجارب سريرية محدودة على البشر، لكن لا زال هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من الأبحاث والدراسات لتحديد مدى تأثير هذه العشبة على البشر.
أضرار عشبة السنبلة
لا توجد دراسات كبيرة قد أشارت إلى وجود آثار جانبية لاسنخدام عشبة السنبلة، ولكن الأعشاب تتفاعل مع الأفراد بطرق مختلفة، لذا في بعض الحالات الاستثنائية لا ينصح الحوامل والمرضعات باستخدام هذه العشبة.
ومن الممكن أن تسبب العشبة بعض المضاعفات الصحية، وخصوصا عند الأشخاص المصابين بالحساسية المفرطة. وقد تسبب بعض الأعراض التالية:
- حدوث تهيج في الجلد.
- الشعور بالقئ أو الغثيان
- صعوبة التنفس وظهور مشاكل في الجهاز التنفسي.
