300 جرام من حبوب الترمس المر.
ملعقة صغيرة ونصف من الفلفل الحلو.
طريقة تحضير الترمس للتخسيس
_غسل حبات الترمس بشكل جيد ووضعه في وعاء يحتوي على ماء دافيء.
_غسل حبات الليمون جيدًا وتقشيرها وعصرها، وضع القشر الخاص بالليمون جانبًا.
_ يفضل وضع قشور الليمون في تلك المياه الدافئة، وتركها في المياه حتى يتم نقعها لليوم التالي.
_ يجب تغيير المياه الخاصة بالنقع كل ساعين، ووضع مياده دافئة جديدة.
_ بعد الانتهاء من عملية نقع الترمس في المياه الدافئة، نقوم بوضعه على النار لمدة ساعة ونصف حتى يسلق بشكل جيد.
_ على الجانب الآخر احضري وعاء وصعي فيه الملح والليمون، واخلطيهم بالماء، حتى تحصلي على خليط متجانس ويذوب الملح في الماء.
_ بعد أن تزيلي الترمس من على النار بعد الانتهاء من السلق، قومي بغسل الترمس جيدًا.
_ ثم اتركيه في المياه لمدة خمس ساعات، وينصح بوضع الفلفل والبودرة الحمراء، والتوابل حتى تحصلى مذاق رائع ومختلف.
