طريقة تحضير تخليل اللفت الست غالية
- نقطع عروق اللفت، ونغسله جيدًا، ونقطعه على حسب الرغبة.
- على كل كيلو من اللفت نقوم بوضع ملعقة من الملح، ويتم تقليبه جيدًا.
- ثم نقوم بتغطية اللفت ونتركه لمدة ساعتين.
- ثم نقوم بوضع اللفت مع إضافة الماء والملح ومقدار الخل، في برطمان للتخليل ونقلب كافة المكونات جيدًا.
- ثم نقوم بإضافة البنجر لمخلل اللفت حتى نكسبه اللون الأحمر.
- ثم نقوم بوضع البرطمان في مكان جيد التهوية، وغير رطب، لمدة تصل إلى حوالي أسبوعين، حتى يتخلل اللفت جيدًا.

- 1 حبة كبيرة شمندر مقطع لشرائح.
- 5 كوب ماء.
- 5 ملعقة كبيرة ملح خشن.
- كوب خل أبيض.
كيفية تخليل اللفت مثل المحلات
- نضع اللفت بعد تقطيه في مصفاة ثم نضع عليه الملح، ونقلبهم سويًا مع بعضهم جيدًا لبضع ساعات حتى يتخلص من كافة السوائل الموجودة فيه.
- ثم نقوم بوضع الشمندر واللفت في برطمان مناسب الحجم.
- في إناء على النار نقوم بوضع الماء والملح حتى يصل الماء والملح إلى مرحلة الغليان.
- نقوم بغلق البرطمان جيدًا.
- ثم نقوم بوضع البرطمان في مكان بارد وجاف لمدة أسبوعين أو ثلاثة.
