2 ملعقة كبيرة قشطة
2 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
ملح
رشة سكر
2 كوب ارز مصري مغسول ومتصفي
3 كوب لبن بارد
2 علبة زبادي
طريقة تحضير الأرز المعمر فاطمة أبو حاتي
قومي بإحضار طاجن وادهنيه جيدًا بالزبدة وقومي بوضع الأرز واللبن والملح والسكر واخلطيهم مع بعضهم جيدًا.
ثم قومي بتقليب الزبادي وضعيه مع الفشدة على وجه ووزيعهم جيدًا على الوجه، واتركي الأرز لمدة ساعتين.
بعد انتهاء مدة تركه ضعي الزبدة الزائبة على وجه الطاجن، وأدخليه الفرن على أعلى درجة من الحرارة.
وعندما يتشرب الطاجن، قومي بوضعه على الشبكة، واتركي الأرز حتى يكمل سواه، ويأخذ لون التحمير، ثم قومي بإخراجه وقدميه ساخنًا.

نصف كيلو من اللحمه المتشوحة
كوب من القشطة
نصف كوب من الكريمة
2كوب من الارز2 كوب من اللبن
نصف كوب من الزبدة
طريقة تحضير الأرز المعمر للشيف حسن
ضعي الأرز واللحمة في طاجن.
ضعي اللبن على النار، وأضيفي إليه الزبدة والكريمة ، وقلبيهم جيدًا حتى يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان.
الخليط السابق ضعيه على الأرز، وأدخليه، واتركيه حتى يتشرب الطاجن جيدًا.
على الوجه ضعي القشطة وادخليها حتى يحمر الوجه.

في البداية قومي بغلي اللبن والماء، والسمنة على النار.
أضيفي الملح وقلبيه، ثم ضعي اللبن على الأرز في الطاجن.
ضعي قطع القشطة على وجه الطاجن لزوم التحمير، ثم أدخلي الطاجن الفرن، حتى تمام النضج.
