قبل أن نتحدث عن طريقة العمل وكيفية التحضير المثالية لابد أن نتعرف على مكونات الأرز المعمر.
مكونات الأرز المعمر
- 2 كوب من الأرز أبيض
- سكر
- ملح
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة
- 4 ملاعق كبيرة من القشطة
- ثلاث أكواب من الحليب
طريقة تحضير الأرز المعمر
في البداية قومي بغلي الحليب في إناء عميق واتركيه حتى يبرد.
اغسلي الأرز الأبيض جيدًا، وضعه في إناء (بايركس)، أو في صينية عميقة.
أضيفي إلى الأرز الحليب واغمري الأرز بالحليب حتى يغطى سطح الأرز تمامًا، ثم أضيفي إليه الملح والسكر، وقلبيهم جيدًا.
أضيفي إلى الأرز والحليب الزبدة والقشدة، وقلبي الخليط جيدًا.
ضعي القشدة في الصينية للتحمير.
ثم ضعي الصينية أسفل الشواية، واتركيه حتى يحمر الوجه، وهذه علامة نضج الأرز المعمر.
بعد أن يحمر الوجه أطفئي الشواية، وضعي الصينية في فرن هادئ لمدة خمس دقائق، حتى ينضج تمامًا.
يقدم الأرز المعمر ساخنا بألف هناء وشفاء.

- 3 كوب لبن بارد
- 2 علبة زبادي

قومي بإحضار طاجن وادهنيه جيدًا بالزبدة وقومي بوضع الأرز واللبن والملح والسكر واخلطيهم مع بعضهم جيدًا.
ثم قومي بتقليب الزبادي وضعيه مع الفشدة على وجه ووزيعهم جيدًا على الوجه، واتركي الأرز لمدة ساعتين.
بعد انتهاء مدة تركه ضعي الزبدة الزائبة على وجه الطاجن، وأدخليه الفرن على أعلى درجة من الحرارة.
وعندما يتشرب الطاجن، قومي بوضعه على الشبكة، واتركي الأرز حتى يكمل سواه، ويأخذ لون التحمير، ثم قومي بإخراجه وقدميه ساخنًا.
كيفية عمل الأرز المعمر للشيف حسن
- نصف كيلو من اللحمه المتشوحة
- كوب من القشطة
- نصف كوب من الكريمة
- 2كوب من الارز2 كوب من اللبن
- نصف كوب من الزبدة

- ضعي الأرز واللحمة في طاجن.
- ضعي اللبن على النار، وأضيفي إليه الزبدة والكريمة ، وقلبيهم جيدًا حتى يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان.
- الخليط السابق ضعيه على الأرز، وأدخليه، واتركيه حتى يتشرب الطاجن جيدًا.
- على الوجه ضعي القشطة وادخليها حتى يحمر الوجه.
