- اخلطيهم بيديكي في الماء وافركي بأصابع اليدين العرقسوس لفترة قليلة.
- اتركيه يتخمر حتى تحمر أصابعك.
- اتركي الإناء جانبا لفترة من الزمن.
- انقعي العرقسوس في كوب من الماء كي يمتزجا.
- احضري إناء العرقسوس، والإناء التي ستضعينه فيه.
- أحضري كمية الماء المطلوبة لعدد أفراد الأسرة وضعي العرقسوس فيه.
- يمكن وضع السكر عليه حسب الرغبة.
طريقة عمل العرقسوس بدون كربونات
المكونات:
- كوب من العرقسوس.
- لتر من الماء.
- ملعقة من البيكنج بودر.
- سكر (حسب الرغبة)
طريقة التحضير:
- انقعي العرقسوس في الماء لمدة 6 ساعات.
- أضيفي البيكنج باودر وضعيه على النار لمدة 15 دقيقة.
- ارفعيه من على النار وانتظريه حتى يبرد.
- صفيه بالمصفاة جيدا.
- أضيفي السكر مع التقليب جيدا وادخليه في الثلاجة لمدة ساعتين.

المكونات:
- ربع كيلو من العرقسوس.
- ملعقة من الكربوناتو.
- 2 لتر من الماء.
طريقة التحضير:
- أضيفي القليل من الماء على ربع كيلو من العرقسوس.
- أضيفي عليهم الكربوناتوا مع الاستمرار في التقليب الجيد.
- ضعي الخليط على قطعة من (الشاش).
- اربطيه برفق داخل إناء آخر فارغا.
- اتركيه ساعة حتى يتخمر.
- أضيفي الثلج لقطعة (الشاش) مرة أخرى.
- انقعيه لمدة ساعة أخرى.
- ضعيه في الثلاجة حتى يبرد.
طريقة عمل العرقسوس السوري
المكونات:
- 50 جرام من العرقسوس.
- 2 ملعقة من البيكنج صودا.
- لتر من الماء.
- 2 ملعقة ماء زهر بنكهة البرتقال.
طريقة التحضير:
- ضعي العرقسوس مع البيكنج صودا في إناء وأضيفي لهم الماء.
- اخلطيهم باليد جيدا وأضيفي ماء الزهر بالبرتقال.
- اتؤكيهم في النقع لمدة ساعة تقريبا.
- ضعي العرقسوس في قطعة من القماش ولفيها جيدا.
- ضعي قطعة القماش في إناء آخر وأضيفي الماء عليه.
- ادخليه إلى الثلاجة واتركيه حتى يبرد.
فوائد العرقسوس
- يرطب الأمعاء.
- مضاد طبيعي للالتهابات.
- طارد للبلغم.
- يساهم قرحة المعدة والأمعاء.
- يقوي الجهاز المناعي.
- يحسن المزاج خاصة في سن اليأس.
أضرار العرقسوس
لا ينصح بتناول كمية كبيرة من مشروب العرقسوس حتى لا تحدث المضاعفات الأتية.
- يخفض مستوى البوتاسيوم في الجسم.
- يسبب ضعف العضلات.
- احتباس السوائل في الجسم.
- ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
- عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
