طريقة عمل الكاتشب منال العالم

_ كوب واحد من عصير الطماطم
_ عدد 3 ملعقة كبيرة من السكر
_ 1 ملعقة صغيرة من النشا
_ 1 ملعقة صغيرة من الدقيق
_ 1 ملعقة صغيرة من ثوم البودرة
_ 1 ملعقة كبيرة من عصير الليمون
_ 1 ملعقة صغيرة من الملح
_ ربع ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
_ ربع ملعقة صغيرة كمون
طريقة التحضير:
_ أولًا تقومي بوضع عصير الطماطم، النشا، الدقيق، الثوم، السكر، الفلفل، الملح وعضير الليمون، على قدر نار متوسطة، ثم تقومين عن طريق استخدام مضرب شبك يدوي، واستمري في التقليب إلى أن تتجانس الصلصة.
_ ضعي الكمون مع خليط الصلصة واضربيه جيدًا باستخدام المضرب في الصلصة.
_ وفي النهاية اتركي الصلصة على نار هادئة لمدة 5 دقائق إلى أن تغلى.
_ ثم بعد أن تنزليها من على النار، ضعي الكاتشب في برطمان زجاجي، واحتفظي به في الثلاجة، ويمكنك أن تستخدميه في أي وقت على مائدة الطعام.
