طريقة التحضير
تعتبر طريقة عمل بسكويت النشادر للشيف حسن بالكوب من أفضل الطرق لعمل البسكويت في شهر رمضان الكريم على النحو التالي.
- خفق البيض جيدا.
- أضيفي سكر البودر مع البيض والسمن واستمري في الخفق للحصول على مزيج كريمي.
- أضيفي الدقيق في إناء كبير مع النشادر والبودر مع الخلط الجيد ويضاف في آلة العجن.
- أضيفي الفانيليا والحليب للمكونات السابقة مع العجن الجيد لمدة 20 دقيقة.
- أخرجي العجينة من الآلة الكهربائية واتركيها لترتاج، وابدأي بتجهيز ماكينة البسكويت لعمل الصوابع أو في كيس حلواني.
- ادهني صينية الفرن ورصي البسكويت فيها، وإدخالها الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة حتى يتحول للون الذهبي.
- أزيلي البسكويت من الصينية واتركيه إلى أن يبرد، ثم قدميه مع الشاي الساخن.

المكونات
- كيلو من الدقيق.
- 2 كوب سكر باودر.
- نصف كيلو من الزبدة أو السمن.
- ربع ملعقة من النشادر.
- نصف كوب من عصير البرتقال.
- 5 حبات من البيض.
- 2 ملعقة من بشر قشر البرتقال.
- ملعقة من الفانيليا.
- نصف ملعقة من البيكينج باودر.
طريقة التحضير
من أفضل أنواع البسكويت لدى الصغار والكبار، وتريد الأمهات معرفة طريقة عمل بسكويت النشادر بالبرتقال للشيف حسن بالكوب مثل المخابز وهي كالتالي.
- أضيفي السمن مع السكر واخفقيها جيدا حتى يتحول المزيج إلى كريمي، ثم تضاف الفانيليا مع الاستمرار بالخفق.
- أضيفي الدقيق مع البيض والفانيليا والسمن، واستمري في الخفق جيدا.
- أضيفي عصير البرتقال مع تقليب المكونات السابقة جيدا، وإضافة بشر البرتقال والبيكنج باودر، مع تقليب المكونات جيدا للحصول على عجينة متماسكة.
- قومي بوضع العجينة في ماكينة البسكويت أو كيس حلواني، مع التشكيل والرص في صواني الفرن بعد دهنها بالسمن.
- ادخلي الصينية الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة لمدة 15 دقيقة واتركيه حتى ينضج ويتحول للون الذهبي.
- اخرجيه من الفرن وضعيه في أطباق التقديم باردا مع الشاي.
