بودرة الثوم.

نصف ملعقة صغيرة من البقدونس.
طريقة تحضير شوربة كريمة الدجاج
_في البداية قومي بخلط مرق الدجاج، مع نصف كوب من الحليب، وضعيهم على قدر نار متوسطة، واستمري في التحريك، حتى يصل المزيج إلى مرحلة الغليان.
_اخلطي الطحين مع بودرة الثوم وبودرة البصل والبقدونس والفلفل الأسود والملح، في وعاء آخر.
_ضعي كوب الحليب المتبقى في خليط الطحين، وحركيه جيدًا حتى يصبح المزيج ناعمًا.
_نضع خليط الطحين مع الحليب، إلى خليط المرق على النار، واستمري في التحريك حتى يصل المزيج إلى مرحلة التجانس، ويصبح ناعم.
_تابعي الخليط جيدًا، وقومي بتحريكه حتى يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان، وحتى يصبح المزيج سميك، وساخنًا.
_ في النهابة قومي بوضع الشوربة في أطباق وقدميها ساخنة، وعلى حسب الرغبة يمكنك إضافة الدجاج المسلوق إلى الشوربة.

مكونات شوربة الخضار بالكريمة ولحم الضأن
_نصف كيلو لحم ضأن بدون عظم
_نصف كيلو كوسا
_ربع كيلو جزر
_ملعقة فلفل أسوج وملح وفلفل أحمر ناعم وكمون غير مطحون
_بصل مفروم
_4 أكواب ماء
_5 فصوص ثوم مفروم
_ربع كيلو مكرونة
_كوب كريمة
_ربع كيلو بطاطا
_كوب بازيلا
_قرنفل ورق غار قرفة
طريقة تحضير شوربة الخضار بالكريمة ولحم الضأن
_في البداية قومي بوضع اللحم والبهارات والماء والبصل والثوم في قدر على النار، حتى تصل إلى مرحلة النضج.
_ثم نقوم بوضع مرق اللحم، ونقدم اللحم منفردًا.
_ثم نضع الخضار في المرق حتى يصل إلى مرحلة النضج.
_ثم نقوم بإضافة المكرونة في الماء والملح، حتى يصلوا إلى مرحلة النضج، ثم نقوم بتصفية المكرونة.
_ثم نضيف اللحم والمكرونة للخضار، ونتركهم على النار، ثم نضيف الكريمة إلى المزيج مع التقليب على النار لمدة 10 دقائق ثم تقدم.

مكونات شوربة الدجاج بالكريمة
كوب حليب
بقدونس
7 روؤس فطر
ربع كوب كريمة لباني
ربع ملعقة فلفل أسود
3 ملاعق دقيق
كوب ونصف مرقة دجاج
بصل مفروم
ملعقة زبدة وملح
طريقة تحضير شوربة الدجاج بالكريمة
_نضع الزبدة في قدر على النار حتى تذوب تمامًا، ثم نضيف لها البصل المفروم مع الاستمرار في التقليب ثم يوضع الفطر بعد الفرم حتي يأخذ اللون الذهبي.
_نضع الدقيق والملح والفلفل، ثم نضيف مرق الدجاج والحليب مع الاستمرار في التقليب.
_اتركي الشوربة على النار لمدة تصل إلى حوالي 3 دقائق حتى تصل إلى مرحلة النضج، ثم نضيف لها الكريمة اللباني.
_نزين الشوربة بالفطر والبقدونس، وبهذا تكون الشوربة جاهزة للتقديم.
