طريقة عمل عصير الخروب المطحون
يعد مشروب الخروب من المشروبات التي تشتهر بها الدول العربية، وهو من العصائر الطبيعية التي يزداد الطلب عليها في شهر رمضان، لأنه من العصائر المرطبة والمفيدة التي تساهم بشكل كبير في إطفاء ظمأ الصائم، كما أنه يمد جسد الإنسان بعناصر الفيتامين والمَعادن الضروريّة لخلايا الجسم، ويُمكن تحضير شراب الخروب في المنزل بعدة طرق إما بالنقع أو الغلي، ومن ثم تصفيته، وفي هذا المقال سوف نبين لكم أكثر من طريقة لعمل الخروب.

طريقة عمل الخروب مثل المحلات
أولًا المقادير:
- كوب من الخروب المجروش.
- 4 أكواب من الماء.
- نصف كوب من السكر.
- ملعقة من ماء الورد.
طريقة التحضير مثلا المحلات:
- يغسل الخروب جيداً في مصفاة ضيقة إذا كان مجروشاً قطع كبيرة، أما إذا كان مطحوناً فلا ينصح بغسله.
- يوضع كوب الخروب في الماء ثم يغطى ويترك منقوعاً لمدة 12 ساعة.
- يتم غلي الخروب مع الماء في النار ويمكن تزويد القليل من الماء حسب التركيز المرغوب به، تهدأ النار ثم يترك ليغلي لمدة ساعة.
- نضيف السكر ونذيبه ثم نطفئ النار ونضيف ماء الورد.
- نصفي الخروب في مصفاة ضيقة ثم يوضع في زجاجة بالثلاجة ويقدم بارداً مع مكعبات الثلج.

- كوب من الخرّوب المسحوق.
- كوب من السكر.
- عشرة أكوابٍ من الماء.
طريقة التّحضير
في البداية تقومي بتقليب السكر جيدًا مع قطع الخروب إلى أن يذوب في قدر على نار متوسطة الحرارة، مع الإستمرار في التقليب مع مراعاة عدم كرملة السكر أو تغير لونه، تضيفي الماء عندما يذوب السكر تمامًا وثمّ غلي الخليط، ثم تصفية الخليط وثمّ حفظه في الثلاّجة.
طريقة عمل عصير الخروب
- ضع الخروب والسكر في وعاء عميق على نار متوسطة
- حرك المزيج بملعقة خشبية حتى يحترق السكر ويصبح كالكراميل
- قم بإضافة الماء إلى المزيج ودعه يغلي لمدة 2- 3 دقائق تقريباً
- ابعد القدر عن النار وقم بإطفائها واتركه يبرد من ثم ضعه في البراد لعدة ساعات
- استخدم المصفاة أثناء سكب الخروب في الأكواب وضع فيه بعضاً من مكعبات الثلج.
