وهل يمكننا تحقيق النتيجة المنشودة من أداء التمارين المنزاية البسيطة؟
نعم يمكننا دائما الوصول إلى نتائج فعالة عن طريق أبسط الأدوات، دون الحاجة لأجهزة احترافية، أو الذهاب للمراكز الرياضية.
واليوم وفي وسط محتوى يتابعه الملايين قد تجد أيضا ما يهمك في مقاطع الفيديو القصيرة التي تشرح كيفية أداء التمارين بشكل بسيط، لا يكلف شيئا.
ما هي تمارين لتنحيف الذراعين؟
على المتدرب، الوقوف فى شكل مستقيم مع فتح الساقين بطريقة تصبح متوازية مع الكتف، هذه الوضعية المناسبة للاستعداد، بعد ذلك نرفع اليدين بالتوازي مع الأرض ونحركهم في حركات دائرية خفيفة، نستمر في ذلك لمدة من 15 إلى 20 ثانية، ثم استراحة لمدة 15 ثانية قبل أن نستمر مرة أخرى، نكررهذه العملية ثلاث مجموعات.
نفذ هذا التمرين وستجد أن بإمكانك ابتكار تمارين أخرى على نفس الطريقة أو المنوال.
كيف تقوم بتمارين الضغط؟
أكثر أنواع التمارين شعبية وعادية، يفضلها الكثيرين، باعتتبارها بسيطة، وتعطي نتائج سريعة وقوية، في مناطق الارتكاز المهمة في الجسم، وربما يحمل هذا التمرين قليلًا من الصعوبة في البداية.
ولكي نحصل علي الاتزان، فمن الأفضل أن نقوم به بشكل صحيح، بالارتكاز على اليدين والركبتين، حين نقوم بالدفع لأعلى تارة، ثم بعد فترة يمكن أدائها بالوضع الأصلي حيث ترتكز على أصايع القدمين، ويمكن أيضا عمل هذا التمرين أيضا في ثلاث مجموعات أو أكثر.
تمرين الارتكاز على الكرة
يساعد هذا التمرين على شد الذراعين وترهلات المنطقة الأمامية، كل ما عليك فعله، اتخذ وضع تمرين الضغط الشهير، من خلال الارتكاز على الكفين وأصابع القدمين، ولكن مع شد الجسم جيدًا، يساهم ذلك فى شد الأطراف جيدا، من خلال محاكاة الجسد، وضعا طائرا، لا يستند على شئ، باستثناء كرة مطاطية، تبدأ معها بالنزول بالجسم على قدر الإمكان مع الضغط على الكرة، ثم العودة للوضع السابق، ثم انقل الكرة لليد الأخرى وكرر التمرين.
