ما هو الغذاء الذي يوسع الشرايين؟
- هذه الخطة مقدمة من قناة دكتور بيرج بالعربي، ضمن ما يجب فعله فى حالة تكلس الشرايين بغرض تقديم المساعدة، كما قلنا في النطاق الطبيعي، ولا يقصد به الاستعاضة الطبية: وهناك بعض المركبات التي تساعد على ذلك مثل:
- الأليسين وهو مركب طبيعي وأحد المغذيات النباتية الموجودة فى الثوم، وهناك أبحاث هامة حول العلاقة بين الأليسين والحد من تكلس الشرايين لدى الحيوانات.
- الألياف: وخصوصا ألياف الخضار لأنها تخلص إلى حمض الزبدة وهو المركب الذي تنتجه ميكروبات المعدة، بالإضافة إلى نوع آخر من الدهون وهي الأحماض الدهنية قصيرة السلسلة، تنتجه أيضا ميكروبات المعدة من ألياف الخضار.
- الليكوبين: وهو أحد المغيات النباتية الكوجودة فى الطماطم وغيرها من الخضروات الأخرى، ووفقا لبعض الدراسات التي أظهرت أن الليكوبين يقلل من سماكة الجدار الشرياني كما يقلل أيضا من تصلبه.
ملحوظة: يحتوى الكاتشب على هذا المركب وهو الليكوبين إلا أنه لا يدخل ضمن النطاق المغذيات التي تساعد فى الوقاية من انسداد الشرايين، ويمكن الحصول بدلا من ذلك على هذا المركب فى مواد أخرى صحية أكثر، مثل زيت الزيتون خصوصا إذا أضيف إلى قائمة الطبخ التي نعد بها الطعام.
4. أحماض أوميغا 3 الدهنية: وتوجد في مصادر متنوعة من الغذاء أشهرها السمك كما نعرف، وزيت كبد الحوت، ويمكن أيضا أن نعثر عليها بطرق أخرى مستخلصة في شكل مكملات.
ملحوظة: وبالمقابل فإن أحماض أوميغا 6 (زيوت الذرة والصويا وبذرة القطن) على العكس تزيد من تصلب الشرايين، لذا يجب الانتباه.

بالإضافة إلى وجود مصادر غذائية عديدة تساعد على توسيع الشرايين، هناك أيضا العديد من الممارسات لتعزيز صحة الدورة الدموية والشرايين منها: ممارسة التمارين الرياضية التي يساعد على ضخ الدم، بالمشي والاستعانة على قضاء الحاجة به لأطول فترة ممكنة إن استطعت، ثم انتقل إلى التمارين الأخرى بالتدريج مثل الركض والسباحة، وستلاحظ تحسن في الدورة الدموية بشكل أكبر.
