مكونات عمل شوربة الخضار للرجيم للشيف الشربيني
ربع كيلو من الكوسة.
ربع كيلو من الجزر.
بصلة متوسطة الحجم.
ثمرة من الطماطم.
كرفس أخضر.
مكعب من المرقة.
ملح على حسب الرغبة.
فلفل أسود.
زعتر مجفف.
حزمة من الكرات.
ربع كيلو من البطاطس.
2 فصوص من الثوم.
حزمة من الكزبرة الخضراء.
طريقة تحضير شوربة الخضار للرجيم للشيف الشربيني
_في البداية نقوم بغسل جميع الخضروات جيدًا، ونضعهم في ماء غزير مع ملعقة كبيرة من الخل، ونتركهم في الماء لمدة ربع ساعة.
_ثم نقوم بتصفية الخضروات من الماء والخل، وننشفهم جيدًا.
_قومي بتقطيع الخضروات إلى قطع صغيرة.
_الكزبرة والكرفس نقوم بفرهم إلى قطع صغيرة جدًا.
_قومي بتقطيع الكرات إلى حلقات متوسطة الحجم.
_نحضر مقلاة ونضعها على النار، مع إضافة القليل من الزيت إليها، ونتركها على النار حتى تسخن تمامًا، ثم نقوم بتقطيع البصل إلى شرائح، ونشوحه في الزيت قليلًا.
_حينما يبدأ البصل في أخذ اللون الذهبي، نضع جميع الخضروات التي قطعناها مع بعضهم البعض ونقلبهم جيدًا.
_ثم نضع مرقة الدجاج، مع إضافة لتر من المياه.
_اترك الخليط والمكونات على النار، حتى تصل إلى مرحلة الغليان، ثم نقوم بتهدئة النار ونترك الخليط والمكونات على النار حتى تنضج الخضروات تمامًا، ثم نقدم الشوربة ساخنة.

سنتعرف في البداية على المكونات وهي:
مكونات شوربة الجزر والزنجبيل
ملعقة صغيرة من الثوم المهروس.
لتر وربع من الماء.
تسعون مليغراماً من كريمة الطبخ خالية الدسم.
ملعقتان كبيرتان من زيت الزيتون.
رشة من الملح.
كيلوغرام من الجزر المُقشّر والمُقطّع.
ملعقة كبيرة ونصف من الزنجبيل الطازج والمفروم.
رشة من الفلفل الأسود.
بصلة متوسّطة الحجم مفرومة.

_في البداية نقوم بتسخين الزيت على درجة حرارة نار متوسطة.
_ثم نضع البصل على الزيت ونقوم بتقليته لمدة خمسة إلى سبع دقائق.
_أضيفي الزنجبيل والثوم والتقليب لدقيقتين ثم ضعي الجزر، واتركيهيم على النار لمدة دقيقتين ثم أضيفي الماء.
_ثم قومي بتغطية الإناء، وعندما يصل المزيج إلى مرحلة الغليان اتركيه على نار هادئة لمدة ثلاثين دقيقة حتى تنضج كافة المكونات.
_ثم قومي بوضع الشوربة في الخلاط الكهربائي، حتى تحصلي على المزيج المتجانس، ثم ضعي الكريمة، والقليل من الملح والفلافل.
