حيث كتب لها دان عبر حسابه “أولا، اعترفي واقبلي أنه يحدث. الإدراك هو كل شىء، نحن نضع أنفسنا تحت ضغط كبير لنشعر أننا على ما يرام. من المقبول أن نشعر أننا لسنا على ما يرام. ربما يكون هذا شىء أنت جيدة فيه! تحدثي عن شعورك. لا تبقيه سرا. امتلكيه. كأنه قبعة أو معطف. شعورك حقيقي”.
ويصف كل من قرأ أو شارك بهذه المنشورات القصيرة، التي أشاد بها قطاع كبير من جمهور المسلسل وخارجه، أن المؤلف نجح بالفعل في إزالة عبء كبير بحجم اسئصال ورم سرطاني ينتشر.
هل يمكن التخلص من الاكتئاب نهائيا؟
يشرح أخصائي الصحة النفسية والتوجيه الأسري والتربوي، أحمد بدران، أيضا عن دور الاختزال المخل الذي نفهم به مرض الاكتئاب، والذي يحد من رؤيتنا ويجعلها قاصرة، مما يسبب لنا مزيدا من التعاسة والإحباط.

ويواصل أن “الاكتئاب وظيفته الأساسية هو ( تأكيد على معنى الحياة ) المفقود لدى المكتئب، وصرخة استغاثة للآخرين، وهو آلية نفسية غرضها إرسال رسالة للوعي أن طرقك الشخصية في التعامل مع المشكلات فشلت، أو سطحية للغاية، أو تضحك على نفسك وتتظاهر طوال الوقت أنك بخير، رسالة من اللاوعى أنك يجب أن تتواصل معه لأن ميكانيزماتك الدفاعية فشلت وحلولك كاذبة”.
في بعض الأوقات لا يتحسن الاكتئاب مع العلاج ، وقتها لابد أن تعلم أنك من الممكن أن تكون مصاب بالنوع الذي لا يستجيب مع الأدوية، فلابد وقتها أن تتوجه إلى طبيب نفسي حتى تسطيع الخروج من هذه الأزمة وتكون على علم وثقة كاملة أن الله تعالى ما خلق من داء في الدنبا إلا وجعل له دواء
ما هو أفضل علاج للاكتئاب؟
بطريقة أخرى يؤكد، الأخصائي النفسي أحمد بدران، أن للاكتئاب نعمة في حياتنا، وقد ساعد أشخاصًا كثيرين في معرفة أنفسهم، فإذا كان هناك من خوف فلن يكون على مريض الاكتئاب، بل الخوف من الأشخاص الذين لا يكتئبون.
وهدفي دائما في العلاج الذي أتبعه منهجا وأراه مناسبًا، هو كشف ما أستطيع من الحلول الفاشلة أمام المريض، ثم أقوم بين أن يكمل في طريقه المسدود أو يراجع نفسه، فإذا كان مستعدًا لهذه المرحلة، دورى أن أدربه على قراءة المشاعر السلبية وررسائلها، ولكن ليس اقتلاعها من جذورها. ما أطمح له من هذا، هو شخص عادي يواجه مشاكل عادية ويتوافق معها!
كيف نساعد مريض في التغلب على الاكتئاب؟
ما قاله أحمد بدران، الأخصائي النفسي، وما قاله مؤلف المسلسل إنما يتقاطعان معا في نفس وجهة النظر، والتي تقول أننا نقع ضحايا للاكتئاب نتيجة لطريقة فهمنا له أو نظرتنا عن المرض.
لذا من الممكن دون أن نشعر، أن نخطأ في تقدير أنفسنا والآخرين، فيحاول الشخص المريض التقوقع على نفسه أكثر، بمعزل عن العالم الخارجي، فآخر شئ يريده أن يتعرض لموقف يضعه في صدام مع شرح نفسه، إما انتقاد أو حكم مسبق بأنه مريض مثلا، لأنه لا يصلي أو ما شابه من هذه العبارات الجاهزة التي نسمعها في دوائر معينة، نعرفها جميعا.
لذا لن تساعد أيًا من هذه الأشياء على تجاوز المريض محنته، بل تسوء حالته أكثر فأكثر جراء هذه الاتهامات!
