لماذا ترفض المرأة تعدد الزوجات رغم أنها تعلم بأنه حلال شرعا؟
قضية التعدد واحدة من أكبر القضايا التي نوقشت على نطاقات واسعة دون جدوى، ومع تطور الخطاب المعاصر في مواجهة هذه القضايا التي لها علاقة بالتعدد ومآلاته، كانت النتيجة مذبذبة، من النوع الذي تعتمد مشاكله على حلول الأعراف والتقاليد المتبعة، وليس القانون، فما هي المغالطات التي يواجهها المجتمع فى كل فرصة أو دعوة للنقاش، تنهي الأمر قبل أن يبدأ؟

لماذا النساء لا يحبون تعدد الزوجات؟
- ربما تعلم المرأة أنه من المستحيل أن تتلقى المعاملة التي تريدها في وجود امرأة أخرى تشاركها نفس الشخص الواحد، كونها لم تعد الخيار الوحيد ولأسباب كثيرة تختلف من كل شخص لآخر.
- وربما ينظرون للأمر من هذه الناحية التي يختار الرجل أن ينتقي منها ما يناسب احتياجاته فقط، وما يريده هو.
- أو ليس الأمر مشروطا ـ فضلا عن العدل المستحيل أصلا باعتراف القرآن ـ برغبة رجل، وموافقة أكثر من امرأة، وتقبل مجتمع.
التشريع واستحالة تحقيقه في آية واحدة
- ويقول المترجم أحمد شافعي، على ذكر الموضوع وقت أن كان منتشرا، بأنه في الأمر ما يبدو ظاهرا أن القرآن يسمح بتعدد الزوجات “مثنى وثلاث ورباع” بشرط العدل، ثم تأتي آية واضحة تماما في استحالة تحقق هذا العدل، لكي يبقى الأمر متروكا هكذا لكل فرد، رجلا كان أم امرأة، أن يفهم ويعمل وفقًا لفهمه، ويحاسب وفقا لفهمه أيضا.
- ويقصد من هذا كما أوضح تاليا، أن الذي يسمح أو بمنع تعدد الزوجات، هو كل شخص مسلم، وبالطبع في هذه الحالة لن ينطبق الكلام على الأشخاص الذين قرروا بمحض إرادتهم، تبني تفسيرا بشريا للإسلام يخص فقيه معين أو مؤسسة بعينها.
- ومن هنا يكون المعنى واضحًا أكثر فى اختيار الفرد ملزما له، وليس بموجب القشور السطحية التي يتخذها البعض ذريعة مما اتفق عليه المجتمع وأطلق منه عرفا متبعا.
- والحق أن الإسلام كما أفهم من الآية يرغم المسلم أكثر على الاختيار فى كل حياته تقريبا، كأن كل شخص بات مسؤولا تماما عن نفسه وفقط بأن يصيغ النسخة التي يفهمها من الإسلام وفق محاولاته واجتهاده حقا في الفهم، وفي خضم هذه الأفكار إن فهمت الوضع جيدا ستجد حرية مرعبة، تجعلك في كل لحظة تفكر أنك حر ومسؤول.
- فيكون الأمر أشبه باجتياز امتحان لا ينتهي، لأنك لن تعرف إذا كان ما فعلته صائبًا أم لا، وهكذا تظل طوال الوقت تحاول أن تقترب أكثر، وأظن أن هذا ما كان يقصده أبو بكر حين قال ” لو أن إحدى قدمي فى الجنة لما آمنت مكر الله”. وهذا صحابي أعتقد أنه كان يقصد أنه حتى اللحظة الأخيرة لن نعرف أبدا يقينا للأمر.
- فهذا حالنا دائما نظن أننا متيقنين من الطريق لأننا لا نعرف غيره، أو لأننا لم نختبره فى ظروف أخرى لنعلم مدى حقيقية هذه المبادئ التي نعتنقها ونظل نرددها. ومن الممكن أيضا أن نفهم أفكارا بطريقة معينة، ثم يتبين لنا حسب المتبقي منها بعد الفرز والتمحيص بعدما اكتشفنا خطأها، أنها ليست صلبة إلى هذا الحد لنرتكز عليها، وربما كان من الأفضل أن نقبل التغيير، ومراجعة أنفسنا باستمرار.
- ويقول أحمد شافعي عن هذا “عن نفسي، فيه آية مثلا في القرآن، فضلت طول عمري فاهمها غلط، لحد من شهرين تلاتة بس، ويا عالم الفهم الجديد أصح أم القديم، لكن اللي متأكد منه أني لو مت دلوقت، هتحاسب على فهمي الحالي، وربما، ربما جدا، النجاح في الامتحان يعتمد بس على الاستمرار في المحاولة، على الاستمرار في التواضع: يمكن أكون غلط، والاستمرار في الأمل: يا ريت أكون صح”.
ذاكر نايك وقضية التعدد
- من منظور آخر نتطرق إلى الموضوع من جوانب أخرى قد تبدوا مبررة وتحمل شئ من الصواب لكن بمراجعة الآراء الواردة فيها تشعر أنها محض هراء ثم تتأكد من ذلك، تسقط الفرضية كلها لأنها ليست بهذا التماسك الذي يضمن حجتها، لكنك تكتشف الخدعة فورا بأنها صممت بحيث تظهر في العرض قوية متماسكة بهذا الشكل، ويعتمد هذا أيضا على قائلها وشعبيته أو مصداقيته عند الناس، باعتبار الصورة التي يصدرها عن تفسه في معرفته بكل ما يدور في الفضاء العام، من علوم وفنون وكل التخصصات الأخرى، التي يفني فيها العلماء أعمارهم لمعرفة جزءا بسيطا يبنى عليه بالتراكم والخطأ والتعديل.
- نجد ما أشرنا إليه في الأعلى تحديدا عند الشيخ ذاكر نايك، في مقطع له على اليوتيوب، وهو يقف فيما يشبه داخل قاعة كبيرة من المحاضرات وهو المكان الذي اعتاد فيه أن يقابل جماهيره ويرد على أسئلتهم، وقد وجه إليه أحد الحضور سؤالا يخص التعدد؟
- فى البداية أجاب بمقدمة طويلة مفادها أن الإسلام حلل التعدد، لكن بضوابط وبشروط معينة تعيق حدوثه، وهي أن الرجل إذا أقدم على وضع كهذا فلا بد له أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة التي تضمن له أن يقيم العدل بين زوجاته، وهي معادلة صعبة ربما لن تتحقق أبدا، إما هذا أو يكتفي بواحدة لئلا يظلم أحد معه، لكن ما الرادع؟ ماذا لو ظلم الرجل معه المرأة، وهو شئ وارد جدا ويحدث طالما أنه ليس هناك من شئ يمنعه، أعني قانونا. فما الذي يضمن عدم حدوث ذلك؟
- وهكذا يمضي الشيخ ذاكر نايك فى الكلام بلا توقف، دون أن يوضح طبيعة العقوبات أو المشاكل التي ستواجه الرجل إن لم يستطع أن يقيم العدل بين زوجاته، حتى وصل إلى نقطة أخرى قلبت موازين السؤال تماما لصالح ما كان يريد أن يرنوا إليه فى الإجابة.
- يحلل حامد أحمد وهو طبيب شاب ومدون، كما سيتابع فى تفنيد ما يقوله ذاكر نايك، بأنه قد نجح فى ذلك بنقل الإجابة على نطاق أوسع من بيت الرجل، باعتبار أن التعدد فيما سيقول بناءا على كلامه قد يكون ضرورة لإنقاذ العالم، وكان الدافع لهذه الإجابة، بعض الأرقام التي تقول أن معدل النساء فى العالم يتزايد بمراحل أعلى مقارنة بالرجال، ولو أطلقنا هذا العدد دون حدود، لفتحنا على أنفسنا أبوابا من الشهوات والفتن.
هل عدد النساء أكثر من الرجال فعلا؟
- فى المقالة التي تجدونها في المصادر، فإن الإحصائيات تقول أن النسبة بين الرجال والنساء (sex ratio) تميل دائما إلى التساوي، وأن البلاد الأخرى التي يحدث فيها انتشار أعلى لحساب جنس على الآخر، فهذا يعد استثناءا لا يمكن القياس عليه، فنسبة الرجال مثلا في روسيا أقل من نسبة تعداد النساء، وذلك بسبب ازدياد معدل الوفيات بين الرجال نتيجة لإدمان الخمور، على الناحية الأخرى تعادل هذه النسبة، تلك البلاد التي تكون النسبة فيها بالنسبة إلى الرجال أعلى بكثير من النساء، مثل الصين حيث يتم قتل البنات هناك أثناء الولادة.
- مبدأ فيشر
ويشرح هذا النموذج التطوري، وهو مبدأ فيشر (fisher principle) لماذا تميل النسبة بين الجنسين دائما إلى التساوي، في الفصائل التي تعتمد مثلنا على التكاثر الجنسي؟ - و رغم هذا كله تجد أن النسب الموجودة حاليا تقول أن تعداد الرجال في العموم – أصلاً – أعلى من النساء، (101.70 رجل لكل 100 امرأة) على مستوى العالم، يعني هما اللي مفروض يعددوا تقريباً.
- والغريب فى الأمر أن أكثر الدول التي يوجد بها فرق واضح فى هذه النسبة، لصالح الرجال هي بلاد عربية مثل البحرين والكويت والسعودية، بالإضافة إلى الصين والهند، وهي موطن الشيخ ذاكر نايك.
- وهذه قائمة تحتوى على تعداد السكان في 201 دولة فى العالم
هل الرجال يميلون بطبيعتهم إلى تعدد العلاقات؟
- يكمل حامد أحمد، ويقول لا أعرف أين المصدر العلمي من هذا الكلام، الذي يهدف إلى إثبات القول الشائع بين الناس، ولا يهم إن كان صحيحا أم لا، بأن الرجال يميلون بطبيعتهم لتعدد الزوجات (polygamy) بسبب فطرتهم الجنسية، والعكس لدى النساء، حيث لا تسمح لهم طبيعتهم الجنسية إلا بالميل ناحية العلاقات الفردية (monogamy)!
- وفي كندا أجريت دراسة حول هذا الموضوع، على مجموعة من النساء لاختبار استثارتهم الجنسية sexual arousal بشكل عام، وعملت الباحثة وهي Merrdith L Chivers على إجراء الاختبار بواسطة جهاز (plethysmograph) لقياس درجة استجابة النساء عن طريق قياس كمية الدم المتدفقة إلى المهبل، وهو القياس المدعوم باختبار كان عبارة عن عرض لمشاهدة أفلام معينة.
- في النهاية أظهرت النتائج أن النساء لديهم رغبة جنسية معقدة جدا بمستوى أعلى بكثير من الرجال.

- يختم حامد أحمد كلامه قائلا، أن الناس تميل إلى تصديق أمثال الشيخ ذاكر نايك، بسبب الثقة الرهيبة التي يتحدث بها فهو تقريبا لا يوجد سؤال لا يعرف إجابته، لا توجد مرة ترك فيها سؤالا لبرهة لأنه يريد التفكير أو لأنه ليس لديه فى الوقت الحالي المعلومات الكافية أو مصادر الاطلاع اللازمة للإجابة، وهذا النوع من الثقة هو ما يعطي إيهاما بالعلم، فليس هناك ما يدعوا للبحث، فقط استمع إلى الشيخ ذاكر نايك، سواء كان لديك سؤالا أم لا!
