- إذا كانت حرارة الطفل تصل إلى 38 درجة أو أعلى.
- وإذا كان الطفل يعاني من الحمى يجب أيضا التوجه إلى غرفة الطوارئ.
متى يستدعي الأمر دخول الطفل غرفة الطوارئ
- مشكلة في الرضاعة
- صعوبة في التنفس
- طفح جلدي غير مفسر
- التصرف بشكل مختلف على غير طبيعته
- القئ أو الإسهال.

هناك عدة طرق فعالة يجب علنا اتباعها وتنفيذها بدقة، إذا شرعنا في محاولة خفيض درجة حرارة الطفل من المنزل.

هناك بعض الحالات التي قد تسعفها وسائل المنزل المتوفرة كما قلنا، لكن هناك أيضا بعض الحالات الأخرى التي تستدعي التوجه السريع للطبيب:.
إذا كان الطفل يبلغ من العمر أقل من ثلاثة شهور، وما بين 3 إلى 6 أشهر وكانت درجة حرارته تتعدي ال 38.3 في مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة.
أو مع ظهور أعراض أخرى، مثل:
- وجود طفح جلدي لا يختفي بالضغط عليه.
- وجود صعوبة في التنفس.
- وجه الطفل يعاني من احمرار شديد أو شحوب في اللون.
- قلة نشاط الطفل ورفضه للرضاعة.
- وبالطبع أي أعراض أخرى من شأنها إثارة القلق عند الأهل.
ما هي أسباب ارتفاع الحرارة عند الأطفال 3 سنوات؟
هناك عدة أسباب رئيسية لارتفاع درجة الحرارة عند الطفل، وارتفاع درجة حرارة الطفل ليس بالأمر الخطير في حد ذاته إلا أنه يجب الانتباه له ومتابعة ومعرفة سببه.
- الطفح الوردي.
- للسعال الديكي.
- التطعيمات التي تؤخد بالحقن
- بعض من أنواع اللعدوى البكتيرية التي تسبب الحمى
- أعراض جانبية بسبب تناول بعض الأدوية
- خلل هرموني والتهابات الدماغ
- في حالة الإصابة لا قدر الله بالسرطان
- ارتداء ملابس ثقيلة زيادة عن الحد والتي لا تتناسب مع الجو
- قد تكون الحرارة لمرض نادر مثل مرض كاواساكي وتستمر الحرارة مرتفعة لمدة 5 أيام
- فيروس كورونا، فأي ارتفاع للحراة يعد من حالات أعراض اشتباه الإصابة بمرض كورونا، حتى يثبت العكس.
أسباب عدم انخفاض درجة حرارة الطفل
هناك بعض الحالات التي لا تستجيب أو تتأثر بخافض الحرارة، ومن بين هذه الأخطاء:
- خطأ بجرعة خافض الحرارة أو خطأ في الفاصل بين الجرعات (من 4 – 6 ساعات).
- التشخيص الخاطئ، وهذا قد يحدث بين خطأ العدوى في تشخيص الفيروسات للبكتريا والعكس
- وكذلك الخطأ في علاج المرض نفسه المؤدي إلى ارتفاع الحرارة، مثل تناول المضادات الحيوية الخاص بمرض دون آخر قد يكون بعيدا عن المشكلة، ولا دور له في ارتفاع الحرارة.
