المكونات
- كوب من الماء.
- ظرف من الشاي الأسود أو ملعقة صغيرة من شاي الحل. ملعقة من السكر.

طريقة التحضير
- يغلى الماء جيدًا في صفار على النار حتى يغلي.
- تغسل أوراق النعناع الخضراء جيداً.
- يسكب الماء المغلي في كوب، ثم يضاف ظرف الشاي له ويغمس بالماء عدة مرات حتى الحصول على لون الشاي المرغوب مع وضع السكر حسب الرغبة وتقليبه حتى يذوب جيداً، ثم إضافة أوراق النعناع للشاي، والانتظار قليلاً حتى يختمر الشاي ويأخذ طعم النعناع.
- يذاب السكر في الماء ثم يترك على النار كي يغلي جيدًا، وعندما يغلي الماء يسكب في كوب، وتوضع كل من أوراق النعناع والشاي في الكوب، ثم يغطى الشاي.
