طريقة عمل السينابون بدون بيض
المقادير:
- 150 جرام سكر.
- ملعقة قرفة.
- 5 أكواب دقيق.
- 2 كوب من الحليب.
- 8 ملاعق زبدة.
- 240 سكر بودرة – ربع كوب حليب، ربع ملحقة ملح (مكونات الصوص).
طريقة التحضير:
- سخني الفرن على حرارة 170 درجة.
- لخلطي نصف كوب من السكر والقرفة لعمل الحشو الداخلي.
- احضري وعاء كبير وأضيفي الدقيق والسكر المتبقي واخلطيهم جيدا.
- اخلطي 4 ملاعق الزبدة مع الحليب.
- اعجني حتى تصبح العجينة ناعمة.
- افردي العجين وادهنيها بالزبدة.
- رشي عليها السكر والقرفة.
- لفي العجين على شكل مستطيل واغلقي الأطراف بإحكام.
- قطعي العجين إلى قطع متساوية.
- ادهني الصينية التي ستدخل الفرن بالزبدة، وضعي فيها السينابون.
- انتظريها حتى تصبح باللون الذهبي وترتفع، مدة 35 دقيقة.
- حضري الصوص من خلال خلط السكر البودرة وع الماء والحليب حتى يصبح ناعما.
- ادهني السينابون بالصوص بعد خروجه من الفرن.
- اتركيه يبرد لمدة 15 دقيقة أو أكثر.
طريقة عمل السينابون الاصلي
المكونات:
- نصف كوب ماء دافئ.
- ملعقة خميرة.
- ملعقة سكر.
- كوب حليب.
- 3 بيضات.
- ربع كوب سكر.
- ربع كوب زبدة.
- 7 أكواب دقيق.
- رشة ملح.
- فانيليا.
- كوب من الزبدة الطرية للحشوة وكوب سكر مع نصف كوب من القرفة.
طريقة تحضير السينابون الأصلي:
- اخلطي الماء مع الخميرة وأضيفي ملعقة السكر مع رشة الملح.
- أضيفي كمية من الدقيق واتركيها حتى تتخكر لمدة ربع ساعة.
- أضيفي اللبن والبيض والفانيليا وربع كوب من السكر.
- أضيفي باقي الدقيق والزيت والزبدة واعجني جيدا واتركي العجينة حتى تتخمر مرة ثانية ولمدة ساعة تقريبا.
- افردي العجينة وادهني بالزبدة ثم أضيفي القرفة والسكر ولفي على شكل رول.
- قطعيها قطع متوسطة وادخليها إلى الفرن، حتى تتحول للون الذهبي وتنضج وترتفع.
- زينيها بالصوص أو حسب الاختيار.

مقادير العجينة:
- 2 ملعقة ونصف خميرة.
- كوب من الحليب.
- ثلث كوب سكر.
- نصف كوب من الزبدة.
- 2 بيضة.
- ملعقة صغيرة ملح.
- 4 أكواب طحين.
مقادير الحشو:
- ثلث كوب من الزبدة.
- كوب سكر بني.
- ملعقتان من القرفة المطحونة.
مقادير التزيين:
- كزب ونصف من سكر البودرة.
- نص ملعقة فانيليا.
- 3 ملاعق حليب.
طريقة تحضير السينابون رول:
- اخلطي الخميرة مع الحليب وأضيفي ملعقتين من السكر واتركيه لمدة 5 دقائق.
- أضيفي عليهم الزبدة والبيض والملح والسكر والطحين، واعجنيهم حتى تتكون عجينة غير ملتصقة.
- اصنعي العجينة واتركيها لمدة ساعة حتى تتخمر.
- سخني الفرن على حرارة 400 درجة.
- لتحضير الحشو اخلطي السكر البني والقرفة في إناء آخر.
- ذوبي الزبدة ووزعيها على العجينة ثم وزعي القرفة وخليط السكر الناعم فوقها.
- لفي العجين على شكل روول.
- قطعي العجينة إلى دوائر.
- ادهني الصينية بالزبدة وضعي العجينة الملفوفة فيها وأدخليها الفرن لمدة ربع ساعة ختى تصبح باللون الذهبي وتنضج.
- ولتزيين السينابون اخلطي السكر مع الفانيليا والحليب حتى يصبح خليط متجانس.
- ارفعي الرولات من الصينية واتركيهم تبرد لمدة 5 دقائق ووزعي عليها خليط التزيين المكون من السكر والحليب.
