- يقلب الخروب والسكر في وعاء على نار متوسطة إلى أن يذوب السكر.
- يضاف الماء بالتدريج، ويترك الخليط يغلي.
- تزال الرغوة عن وجه القدر، وتبعد عن النار، وتترك جانبًا حتى تبرد.
- تجهز مصفاة ناعمة ليصفى فيها العصير.
- يرش قطرات من ماء الورد فوق الشراب، ويترك ليبرد.
- تسكب الصودا وفوقها العصير في الأكواب، وينثر الصنوبر على وجهها، وتقدّم باردة.
