- تناول الخضروات مثل: البطاطا والجزر والكوسة.
نصائح طبية هامة عند إطعام طفلك الرضيع
- تجنبي الأطعمة المضاف إليها السكر والمحليات الخالية من السعرات الحرارية.
- الأطعمة عالية الصوديوم العسل حتى بعد عيد الميلاد الأول.
- يمكن أن يسبب التسمم الغذائي عند الأطفال.
